      I purchased a wedding ring from Zebit got my credit up to $2500 and I also bought numerous other items TV dresser, etc. I have not been able to login and every time that I call them. The phone is disconnected. As a consumer that has spent a lot of money, there is no reason why Zebit should not reach out to customers to tell us what is going on. And I also need proof of purchases from Zebit. A ******

      I love love love Zebit but I CANNOT log in I used to be able to with no issue idk what is going on but its upsetting cause I worked hard to get the credit line.

      I agree with others, Bring Back the **Certificates! They are what I mainly purchased through Zebit and were huge life savers. Please bring them back, especially for the holidays.

      I have an account with ******************** and it has been over two years. I use it often and always pay on time. I have a credit limit, in which I was trying to buy my newborn grandson a ********. Upon me doing so, I am given all types of error messages, or telling me to come back and shop later, they are experiencing technical issues. I reached out to them through email and was given the run around about why I am not able to purchase anything. However, I am reading reviews and seeing that other people have been purchasing items during the same time that I have made attempts. So I am at awe as to why I am not able to make a purchase. This has been a complete waste of time and energy reaching out to them to only find out it is a bunch of lies.

      The * Certificates were a lifesaver. That's the only thing I shop for on Zebit. Will they ever come back? Need them for the holidays!

      Purchased numerous items using Zebit. For merchandise to gift certificates, I have relied on Zebit and have been a satisfied customer. Until now!!!! Been trying to login just to look around and can not!! Numerous e mails have been sent but nothing!!! Not a good way to treat your long time customers!!!

      I LOVED Zebit! Used them soooo many times and always paid on time. Had worked my credit line up very significantly. The ecertificates disappeared months ago and for the past month, I have been trying to purchase another item and when I check out, the cart says "financing is not available at this time". I have reached out to customer service over and over again and nobody responds. I have done numerous ****** searches to see if they have gone out of business. Nothing. It is like they are just in hiding with no news whatsoever. What gives? At least let your long time customers know if you are no longer in business!!!!

      I have e-mailed multiple times with no response. The website has not allowed purchases for at least a month. The phone goes directly to voice mail. They are sending Z-rewards statements but what good are they if the company is no longer in business. If they are no longer in business, they should inform consumers. If they are still in business then put a decent informative message on the website. I have been a customer for years and am extremely disappointed in their lack of customer service. It doesn't take over a month to update a website and why can't they answer an e-mail. Unless they truly are no longer in business.

      I had an issues with an expensive item and was told to send the item back and that I would receive a refund due to being defective. This was over 4 weeks ago. I have been making my payments and I have no product. I have emailed customer service over a dozen times with no response - NOT ONE!! I have called the phone number and left several messages with no help. This company is stealing my money for an item I do not have. I am being ripped off and taken advantage of. I do not know what to do because they are avoiding me. I will be calling the BBB and contacting my bank for fraud I guess. I dont know what else to do. It heartbreaking to feel this way and feel betrayed.
