On April 12 2024 I ordered delivery from this establishment for a subtotal of $23 since they contract through doordash for delivery I also paid a large service free and a delivery tip. My order cost ***** exact. After two hours waiting my order finally starts moving my way. The dasher pulls up to my house, I flip on my porch light, she never leaves the car. She flips on her phone, sits for three minutes, and drives away.. I attempt. To call her she picks up the phone and hangs up so it cannot go to a voicemail. I call customer service who proceeds to tell me they must her I wait on hold the man picks up and tells me she won't answer them either. He sets it in his system and tells me he's processing a refund. He than tell me this will take ***** business days, and they don't replace the food, considering they just took my last 40$ to buy my kids dinner the night before payday, this seems unacceptable, and that's the problem, that doesn't matter to them at all. I basically spent my last $40 to feed my family a day before my payday, and they took all my money, did not replace my food, and then made me wait the entire 12 days which is actually 16 days because when you call they don't count weekends. They need to be replacing orders for people if their employees are stealing them, it's not fair at all in this economy for people to go hungry because businesses with billions of dollars have thieves for employees.Initial Complaint

January 3rd **** I use the app for the business to order lunch. Not only did they burn my order and get it wrong they did not give me all of my order. I did not unfortunately think to check before I left the area to make sure everything was correct that it would have cost me more to drive back to the business to have them fix the order and to provide me with the items that were missing. When I called the business to speak with a manager the person on the phone kept putting me off over and over and over again until I finally threatened to dispute the charge with my bank. All of the sudden then the manager was available to speak with me. Did not get a warm reception from them did not feel that they gave a flip about my problems and we're going to refund a portion of my money in any way shape or form. While it's not a significant amount of money lost I did want to warn other people of this business and of the rudeness of the employees. Of course I would not be opposed to a refund being issued to me especially for all of the trouble of having to wait to speak with a manager and then have them be rude to me like that.
