Hi was seen by ************************ in October of 2022 twice where she verbally abused me during my second video visit. She kept yelling at me and after 7 minutes into a videa appointment, I had to hang up. The app they made me use to check in for my video appointment forced me to pay $25 for each visit in order to join the video appointment. My copay is only $10 per visit so I overpaid $30. I contacted PCSD (soon to be mindpath) over 10 times and they kept lying and lying to me that they will pay me the $30 back I overpaid. I asked to speak with the supervisor and no one has called me back. It has been 5 months. Please review their online reviews and complaints. They steal from the patients and they also abuse patients who went to them to get mental help. Please feel free to contact me with the update or resoltation. Thank you.Initial Complaint

PCSD keep sending me bills for copays for many services between 8/2/22 to 1/9/23. The statements were as of 12/12/2022, 1/9/2023, & 2/6/2023; however there should not be any charges because of the below reasons.-Office ************* for ******* *** and ****: virtual services($15x5 charges) from *****************************. The system is set up to require a payment online to receive the service. I paid online using the same credit card and called PCSD about it on 1/5/2023. They said they would look into the issue but never solved and kept sending me the same bills.-Adaptive Behavior TX by Tech and BHV ID assessment by Phys/QHP etc. for **** ($15x15 charges). They were *********** services and we didnt visit the office/ facility. My insurance company, Sharp Health Plan, confirmed on 1/23/2023 that there should not be any copays for these services so their billing department should have contacted PCSD as I requested, and prior to that, on 1/5/2023, I called PCSD to make corrections but PCSD keeps sending me the bills with the same charge. I had the same issues in 2022 and called PCSD several times and even had to have my insurance representative to talk to them with me to resolve the issues. But they still keep making the same mistakes which creates a lot of stress, frustration and inconvenience.Initial Complaint

I have been overpaying for telehealth appointments for PCSD in 2022 and to date have not been informed via phone, email or letter, that this has been happening and that a refund will be issued. I have also been using their 3rd party payor InstaMed which is listed on their billing statements requesting payment, since 2020. I have been calling both PCSD and InstaMed to get a list of the payments I have made for services from March 2020 through June 2022 and I keep getting the run around. ************** with the PCSD billing department says they don't have access to online payments and she also said there was no supervisor available to transfer me to, that she would have to send an email requesting a call back on Monday. When I asked for the supervisors name, she then said there were many. SO many that none of them were available to take my phone call. When I called InstaMed and asked why there is no payment activity or statements on the portal that is linked to PCSD statements, they said its because the provider has not sent them to be uploaded. ************** had no idea what that meant and kept telling me they have nothing to do with portals. I need to know dates of service from March 2020 through June 2022, and a list of payments made for each one of those appointments, so I can then figure out how much money PCSD owes me. The fact that they've done nothing to notify me of my overpayments is alarming and cannot see in any one place how many payments and the amounts I've made is alarming. If they are sending the **** and receiving the payments, they should have all of that information available to provide.
