      They labeled an entire rack $5, which rang up as $10 but because they dont let you see your items as they tally up we didnt know until she handed the receipt to us. We showed her the rack having dozens of the same shirts all listed at $5. She said they were on the wrong rack and that the $5 shirts had a red sticker on them. Not a single shirt had a red tag, nor any other item on these racks. Even though we never left the store and paid debit, she refused to honor the price of the shirt and when we asked for a refund for the 3 shirts totaling $30 we only were given store credit. This is plain wrong. Their holiday return policy starting after November 19th says we can be refunded original payment which was debit card not Apple Pay or anything else. How can you con people into buying your things like that? No matter what you were going to get as much money as you wanted and we would in turn be left with ONLY SPENDING IT AT THIS STORE. This happened Dec 20, 2023 mid-day. One person working as far as I noticed. She was dismissive, lied through her teeth making up reasons why this rack wasnt $5 and displayed shady behavior.

      Reached out via chat with the automated message stating Id be contacted within ****************************** Again reached out to customer service for an order placed. Payment was processed from my bank account and no tracking information was sent. Spoke with a representative of the company via chat who stated my order was not fulfilled due to payment? Well your business clearly took the payment in the amount of ****** from my bank account. How does your company handle this? Oh you need to email this person. I emailed into the company and never received an email back.

      I order (3) denim for my boys way in advance before school. I never received the shipment. It showed my package as delivered but I never got it. I made many attempts to email the customer care department. It says ***** hours someone will contact me, its been day 5. Theres no contact number. Im without my money and pants. Wtf is going on? Now, Im hearing theyre going bankrupt.

      Please dont shop at Charlotte Russe in the ************. The Hispanic girl manager and the Hispanic cashier are so rude. All of the Hispanics are racist here. The refund policy ***** and the customer service is not great. I heard the Hispanic manager say she was closing the store at 7pm instead of 8pm. She also stated she did not care if I put in a complaint to the headquarters. Only 3 employees working in the entire store. I had to wait until the manager got off break to exchange my items because they don't refund purchases.

      If I can give zero I would. Do not shop here unless you have an exact change to give. They do not inform you that they do not have coins to give back or apologies for not giving your change back. They made me feel like I was wrong asking my change back. The cashier was so proud that they did not have any coins to give back to me. Theives!! You have no right to keep customers change and not even apologizing for it. Unbelievable!!
