Ordered Glasses on Nov 27 2023, They said there was some inventory problems but should be shipped out in Dec, they gave me a shipping tracking number, that never showed they were shipped out. Numerous emails weekly to them and they stopped responding all together. After 4 months I gave up, and it was too late to dispute my credit card.Don't do business, sounds like all the complaints are the same.Initial Complaint

On 09/26/23 I ordered 3 pairs of sunglasses from Boosted Shades. One of the items was a pre order item so it wouldnt ship for a few weeks. After emails back and forth asking when my order would ship (the pre order item had been released for over a month at this point) they continued to tell me I would see my package in a few weeks. Fast forward to today 01/22/24, the tracking info still has not been updated, the money has been taken out of my account for well over 3 months and they have stopped responding to my emails and social media reach-outs. They were only about $60 worth of sunglasses but I purposefully gave them my business because I have in years past.Initial Complaint

Purchased the ** premium wood shades for my boyfriend on November 12th. I sent multiple emails to the company and didnt hear back from them until December 8th 2023 stating that they had issues with inventory but they resolved the issue and recieved new inventory. They stated they would be shipping it out first thing Monday morning. After sending 3 more emails to them I finally got another response back on December 26th ******************************************************************* exchange. I stated that I would like I refund because I didnt see this getting resolved. It is now January 10th ***************************************** a response from their team. Their customer service is absolutely terrible and they shouldnt be allowed to sell products if they cant communicate properly with their customers.Initial Complaint

I purchased on December 3rd four pairs of their sunglasses to have deliver by Christmas. Typically you receive tracking information or updates a few days after ordering. December 8th, 9th and 10th I attempted to contact by email, and their social media with order number to get some form of update. (ZERO RESPONSE) On December 12th I attempted again to just get an update. With finally on this day I was notified that Id receive a tracking update email on the 13th. I proceeded to circle back and follow the 13th in the afternoon after receiving no communication followed by the 15th of December. STILL NO RESPONSE as of December 17th. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE and should not be in the business of selling goods or services. I had hopeful thoughts about this new product to me that rivals a competitor. However after this experience Ill continue to pay triple for the experience I get from their competitors. Also find it on that on the **** app that tracks purchases that the photos of what was purchased have now vanished.Initial Complaint

Order 2 pairs of glasses on July 5th 2023 and shipping label was created on July 17th and just says awaiting items and I have not received them and its august 24th now. They took my money even though items were not shipped. Ive sent 3 emails with no response and theres no phone to call. I want my money back this is BS.Initial Complaint

I ordered 2 pair of sunglasses from Boosted Shades online marketplace on October 23, 2022. My order number is : ******, for which a pre shipment label was created on October 24. However, since then, the shipment hasnt been received by **** and boosted shades have not been responsive on their customer care mail as well as public accounts. I have waited for long enough to understand shipping delays (which they promised to deliver in 5-7 days) and am growing impatient.Initial Complaint

At the beginning of the year I purchased 3 pairs of sunglasses and was offered a free pair from them. I recieved three pairs. Two purchased and one free pair. I have been waiting patiently for my glasses to be shipped. A shipping label was created however they never sent out my purchase. I've asked for my money back, I've asked when to expect the glasses. I've even asked why they created a shipping label and never sent anything out. They eventually stopped corresponding with me. I cannot find a phone number and they will not let me speak to anyone in management. This company is a rip off. A bunch if thieves and scammers. I suggest people discontinue buy from them and falling into the trap for free sunglasses.Initial Complaint
