I paid $106 for the BlockerX premium. This app does NOT work. It constantly toggles off the blocker by itself, rendering it useless! It does not do what it says it does. I am wanting a full refund.Initial Complaint

BlockerX Lifetime Access Subscription purchased through Apple on 8/30/2023 Order ID ********** Paid $149.99 for Premium Lifetime AccessProblems with app led me to delete account within the app, which unknowingly cancelled my supposedly lifetime subscription. Hello,I purchased a life-time subscription ($179. 98) for their service but was not able to obtain the app for my computer. I emailed and messaged their product service group but did not receive any help in downloading the app. On 2 May I emailed the parent company (Atmana) detailing my problem and requesting a refund. Purchased services from BlockerX. I attempted to return software within the 15 day return window because it did not meet my needs. I emailed customer support and outlined my issue. The only way to contact customer support is through an email address. The only responses back have been to ask me to detail my complaint. I've sent screenshots of me responding with details. The companies response is the same- no acknowledgement of my issue, just stating they haven't received my emails. I've been trying to resolve my issue for a month.Initial Complaint

Transaction occurred December 3rd. Requested a refund. Service was not provided. I asked for a refund. They responded trying to help me. They couldn't get the system to work, so I asked for a refund again. They took longer than 24 hours to respond. I submit another ticket, they intentionally ignored stating no refund due to our terms which goes against their promo deal. They didn't even add a qualifier for their money-back guarantee promo which the *** requires before denying someone a money-back guarantee. Attached here are documents to prove my case. Invoice number 6E9959CE-0002 I am requesting a refund of 89.98$ for a service I not only didn't receive, but also the seller kept delaying.Initial Complaint

I purchased the product Blockerx, which is supposed to filter out all pornographic information. I also purchased this as it related to my relationship. The blocker has a long-term plan that you register for that blocks all content. The blocker has been turning off on all of my devices so I can access the ****, but I don't want to, which is why I bought this product. I have tried to contact the company about this issue with it turning off but there is no customers service phone number of any kind. There is one email that rejects all emails you send it. I effectively can not contact this company about their product that does not work but I am paying for.
