the federal union charged me three months insurance fee saying i don't have car insurance for the new purchased ***** * (finnanced through them). I have indeed purchased insruance day one from ***** and submitted all the documents to them. They refund me one month insurance money ($80) but didn't issue me the full refund ($160). Opened a case with them and they said "Thank you for your message. There are notes that our lending department was attempting to get the other two refunded. We have forwarded them this information to research and get back to you. ". but they still don't issue me refunds.Initial Complaint

My name is ***********************, an old client of this branch. I have been calling here to get statements I really need and the agents who answer my calls are RUDE and no HELP! I have been lied to and never received what supervisors and agents promise to send. I am concerned about how they are lying and treating humans as a whole. I need help or I will report to the consumer affairs and BBB. Those people need retraining on ethics and treating people the way they want to be treated. I have called for two weeks straight and still no emails no contact no follow up! I need my bank statements for Savings and checking 01/2017- 12/2017 & 01/2018 -12/2018 ******** said he will have a manager call today 02/24/22 but nobody has called me.
