I subscribed to ************************ hoping that it would help me lose weight and get off diabetes ******* was not what I expected and when I tried to cancel. I was not able to talk with anyone I have been charged for 2 months now and have no way to cancel.Initial Complaint

I downloaded the MyDiabetes app on 9/21/24 because they advertised that the fee was $8. a month for a 6 month subscription. however, when my card was charged, they charged me the full $66. I read that if you cancel within 24 hours, they would give you a refund. I cancelled the same day, 9/21/24 and emailed them to get a refund, and I never got a response from them. The email address that was on my ****** account had a totally different email address than the email address that I got my "welcome" email from. So that was no help in the process.Initial Complaint

I was just charged $32.99 by this business and tried to cancel my subscription but cannot find any way to do this. there is no email, no website, and no phone number to reach this business, yet they continue to charge me.
