All emails from Berkshire Hathaway stopped. The last email on March 22 stated they would answer me the next day and would provide information regarding potential for settlement regarding my workers comp claim. Since then, despite three requests to resume any communication, I have not heard from them. In addition, I emailed them seeking approval for already ordered physical therapy sessions. They are refusing to continue essential email communications.Business response

We are in receipt of and addressing the complaint filed by ********************* forwarded by the department on 4/16/22. The complainant declined our initial response to the complaint filed on 4/6/2023.
The Claims Professional is in contact with the injured worker. The injured worker has been informed about ongoing treatment and that physical therapy has been approved and scheduled. The Claims professional has arranged transportation to physical therapy, which the injured worker is now aware of. This has been confirmed with the transportation company.
Berkshire Hathaway Homestate Companies is of the stance that the issue resolved and no further action is required.

I am rejecting this response because: Berkshire Hathaway HomeState still is not answering my email queries. For nearly three weeks I have not received any response from them relating to a question regarding the history of the dates of my medical appointments so I can obtain travel reimbursement and also a question I have pertaining to a statement they emailed to me, the subject to be working toward settlement, and where I asked for clarification. For all that time, no acknowledgement of my questions nor responses have been addressed.
