I ordered a 3 month gift option for a birthday present in February and the last box was supposed to be shipped in April (which still has not been fulfilled) for $94. On May 24th I was charged for another 3 month subscription for $105. This was not supposed to happen, as that is not the option I selected. Additionally, the website says to cancel, you must log into your account and go the subscriptions tab and you can cancel from there. There is not subscriptions tab. There is no option anywhere on cancelling. This is predatory to offer 1 one time options as gifts and then continue to charge you afterwards and then offer not a clear way to cancel and give misinformation on how to do so.Business response

On 2/4/24 i purchased a year subscription to try the world. Once purchased I received communication that i would receive a box shipped out the 15 of the month following purchase due to high volume. I waited until the 22nd of march and reached out as the first box has not shipped as states. I was told that the box would be shipped out now. It was sent on the 22nd and i received it in the 29th of the month. It contained food that had a label on it that said contains cancer cancer causing agents and fertility harm if ingested. I waited for the second box to arrive and nothing came again. And so i contacted the company on 5/6 and was told that this time there were shipping glitches but it would be sent soon. I replied with a request to cancel my subscription due to only being sent boxes when i contact them to complain they have mot been sent. Its been 3 months since i ordered the subscription and i have received 1 box of food with carcinogens in it. They declined to refund the money and instead extended. My subscription to cover the months they missed. I replied i want a refund per your website it says refuns cannot be issued on shipped food. But 1 one box has been shipped and i would like a refund for the other 11 months and cancel my subscription. They responded twice with the same email. This company is not providing product in the time frame they agreed upon, and are not flowing there own refund policy that is clear on there website. Can you help me get a refund or at the very least stop others from being scammed.Business response

Purchased a 3 month delivery box of snacks I was charged and signed up for a subscription every three months. The fine print not included in the original purchase or the confirmation email says this and that I needed to cancel this subscription before it renewed. I was given no indication that I was buying a renewing subscription. Company will not refund. No product has yet been shipped for the renewal period.
