The company claims they are located in ************* which seems to be another one of their misleading tactics to scam players they are actually based in *********. They have ripped me off for the very last time does no good to complain about your purchase they never respond to messages. They never give you what you pay for it's like a PONZI scheme basicallyInitial Complaint

This company is taking advantage of people. You purchase a package and half the time dont even get what you paid for. They offer incentives like repeat wins based on your purchase with a 45x+ *** on repeat wins. You get a massive win during this promotion, but they NEVER give you what you rightfully earn.Literally every time you message them, their response is unrelated to what you said. If you provide evidence of their wrongdoing, they dont even look at the picture or acknowledge their issue. Technical problems in the game constantly. The have a ridiculous piggy bank promo right now where you get banks full of coins for a huge win or greater. I bet *************** and won over 5 trillion. My piggy bank reward was 1.2 billion. What a joke. 1/100th of my bet? Their customer service people are definitely not located in the *** and are 100% NOT helpful. Every single time I have had an issue and contacted them, they send a generic scripted response and NEVER resolve the issue. Dont waste your time and energy contacting them because it will take weeks of back and forth, and you will 100% not get anything in return from this company. They steal your money and prey on people. The randomly raise and lower prices of in-app purchases, in order to scam more money out of customers. This company should be pursued by the ********** ************************ and be required to pay back every cent they have fraudulently taken from innocent customers.Initial Complaint

On 11/14/23 an error occurred while playing this game. Players have an option to purchase a "Game Master" upgrade where your free games are doubled. I was able to take the attached screenshots showing that the upgrade was active (under Game Master in the upper left corner you can see the time remaining) & that when in the free game feature, it did not add the upper game as well as the lower one, which is what the Game Master feature does for this particular game. I contacted Customer Support for assistance and attached the screenshots. They returned a response which said, no the issue didn't occur. I assured them that yes, in fact, it did & again pointed out the screenshots I had as proof. Honestly, I don't expect much to come of this. I know it's a game. It's the fact that I have spent quite a bit (appx $400 lifetime) on this ************ "Support" team essentially tried to gaslight me by saying no issue occurred. I asked simply for a refund of the lost emeralds and coins and they refused. I was honestly dumbfounded by the entire exchange! It would have been approximately $10-$15 worth of items. Not only would they not refund me, they told me I should "trust them," and that it didn't happen. Unbelievable! At this point, I feel it's necessary to file this complaint and warn others of this company's shoddy business practices, POOR customer support and the bugs within their app that they deny even exist.Initial Complaint

I made several purchases with cash frenzy(SpinX Games), which was the bingo with wild value packages for $2.99. for i.d. # *******, I purchased 2, and for i.d. # ********, I purchased 3. The package consists of 16 free bingo *****, and 5 or 7 wild ***** depending on the special. On ****, i used all of my free ***** before I retired the game that night except for 5, and I still had all 10 unused wild *****. The next morning, (****) the 10 wild ***** were gone. This was for i.d.# *******. Yesterday (****), i purchased 3 packages for i.d.# ********. Last night i had approximately 14 unused wild ***** left. This morning, there were 0 wild *****. I am beyond perturbed with this company. Every time a customer explains an issue, gives the appropriate screenshots, and plead their evidentiary case, we get nothing but junk in return. You have basically robbed me of WHAT I PAID FOR. So now, this time I'm not waiting for some automated message to tell me to send a screenshot. I'm filing a complaint with BBB, and im giving my receipts.
