I ordered a sweater from this company and the picture representing the product was a sweater. The description was that the sweater was an led light up sweater. What I received was a shirt that is 95% polyester and 5% spandex and it did not light up. This was a gift for my husband and I was very disappointed. I paid $65 for this and it was a false advertisement. I have contacted the company and they offered a 20% refund which I am still waiting to receive.Initial Complaint

I submitted a complaint a few days ago well I've been told from the company that I have to donate the product I purchased from them to the address they provided me and pay to ship it to another state they said once I provided them a tracking number from where I sent it to be donated then they will refund my money these people have lost there mind I will not pay more money to send this c*** nowhere I can't believe that had the adasity to ask such a thing I have the emails from them to prove this..I will attach them when I'm done with this message also on the email it says the other option is I keep the hoodie and they refund me 50% of the payment I'ma ask again have these people lost there minds this is stressing me out over a $53.00 piece of fabric they are false advertising bottom line u can't sell something that has a brand on the front when it's not that brand the only reason I purchased it is for one I thought it was under armour product that's what is on the front of the hoodie if it was a under armour product the inside of it would be under armour they are lien to get people's money I will not use another cent of my money to send anything anywhere they also said no prepaid return slip is possible who allowed such c*** to be called a business as u will see on my emails how many times I asked for a refund they continued to avoid answering my question with what they wanted to say the emails are attached thank youInitial Complaint

I ordered a zip up hoodie there website said 7 to 14 days shipping well I just received my order today and it's horrible i paid $60.00 for a piece of fabric they sowed together it's horrible it's not even a name inside it's a tag that says medium well the front of the hoodie is a under armour sign so it's stating that it's under armour product and it's not at all it's a piece of fabric with some stitching I want a refund nobody should ever order anything from there how are they still in businessInitial Complaint

The date was in January of this year. It was a blanket for my daughters birthday it was about a hundred dollars I never received it I contacted them they said they would send a replacement Im still waiting to hear from them or receive the blanket Im on a fixed income SS and cant be throwing money away. VERY HARD WORKER AND I JUST DO NOT GIVE MY MONEY AWAY LIKE THAT. MY COMPLAINT IS THAT THIS COMPANY HANDMADE GOODS ERGOTEACHER ,SENT ME THE WRONG ORDER SO I LET THEM KNOW. THEY RESPOND I STILL HAVE NOT RECEIVED MY ITEM. THEY WILL NOT RESPOND TOO MY EMAILS ANY MORE THEY ARE FULL OF SH__.IF THEY CAN NOT GIVE ME WHAT I ASK FOR I WANT MY MONEY ASAP ITS GOING ON 2 MONTHS NOW THIS IS WHATS GOING ON I NEED YOUR HELP TOO RESOLVE THIS PLEASE HELP.
