I purchased a rainbow open gold ring in 14k rose gold on June 24, 2023 for $610.24. I have yet to receive the product after reaching out via email numerous times. I was told once on July 11, 2023 that the jeweler was on vacation and I would get an update but nothing since then. I would like a full refund.Initial Complaint

On December 12th I purchased a Mossainite necklace, which I received on December 23rd. Immediately upon opening the box, I noticed the inferior quality of the stone and was very disappointed, especially because I had purchased a number of items from this business prior. Because of the holiday, I waited until the first business day after Christmas, and on December 27th, I sent an email requesting to return the necklace for a full refund, as per their policy. On December 28th, I was given approval to return the necklace and I returned it that same day. On 1/10, I send an email to customer support asking for the status of my refund. The response email confirm they received the necklace back and that they were within the 7 - 10 business day processing time. I emailed IceTrends/Ice Rings again on 1/18, as I still hadn't received my refund. I was told that it has cleared inspection and was still being processed. I sent another email on 1/20 demanding the status of my refund and I didn't receive a response. My account has still not been refunded for the necklace that they have confirmed is in their possession and clear inspection. They have not given me a reason as to why it is taking 16 business days to issue my refund.
