QARDIO appears to be out of business. If you search on Linkedin for any of the Corporate staff, every one has left the company. Including the founder *******************************, the CEO *********************** "left" in August of this year.Review from Henryk D

Never buy anything from this company! It's been a month since I bought a scale from them, and they stole payment on the day I ordered. I have reached out through their app, by email and by phone, no response. Not to mention their support link on their web page takes you to a non existent web page, all their phone numbers are disconnected, and they do not return emails. This is the worst company I have ever had the displeasure of placing an order with. BUYER BEWARE!Review from Chris W

Non-existent customer service. Purchased a blood pressure monitor on-line (through *********** Product did not work. Submitted request for help 9 days ago, and only received an automated reply. Message said to reply to the email to make additional comments. When I did so, the email was bounced back that there was no such email address. This item was recommended by my doctor. I intend to let him know about this incident so he will likely not recommend it any more. I dont see how this business can be rated an A+ considering the complaints I see here as well as the numerous complaints on the companys ******** page. Sure makes me question the validity of BBBs rating system. Footnote: I would have made this a zero star rating if your system would have allowed it.Review from Tim S

Horrible ***************** Base x is now a giant paperweight and no longer works. Support tickets go unanswered. Others have had said the same thing.Review from Charles H.

They advertised a product called Qardiocore. After 4+ years, still not product provided. Today they finally gave me a refund after they called interest on my money for 4 years. They claim it is an *** issue and they are switching to a prescription model. Looks like they used my payment and interest to fund development. What a crooked operation!
