I purchased a smart watch that stopped charging after a month. I contacted Vystamed and forced me to go through a week of troubleshooting emails. They then refused to take a return after the troubleshooting did not work. They then asked me to buy another watch and will not refund me for my purchase.Initial Complaint

I ordered a smart watch from Vystamed. I told the that I don't want the watch prior receive it. I returned to the address from what came from identified as Vystamed. They said they don't have the watch so they are no able to refund me the money.Initial Complaint

I received a Nebulizer which is not as described from this company and made contact with Kent * *** and ****** on a phone call text and email. I was told they would issue a refund but now no one is giving me a refund or instructions to return the product . They no longer answer the phone or return emails with information. The product is brand new . I have not used it .My order number is VM *****. This is very unprofessional to avoid all contact and not issue a refund. As per Their policy I am entitled to a refund . I purchased a portable nebulizer from vystamed and it is faulty.I have sent many emails including a video that they requested and have not gotten any where with them.If I call the company I get a answering machine and they dont call back.Now they dont respond to my emails.The nebulizer cost ***** and I dont want to throw it in the trash.I would like to return for a refund or replacement. You have a scam running from ************, as I'm sure you're aware. VYSTAMED, is another ******* company selling garbage medical devises that don't work. This "company" not only lies about being from *****, but they play games with e-mail and refuse refunds for return of faulty products. The address on my package is "SESAME STREET". They must think this is funny. I want my money back and something done to these rotten people. ??Initial Complaint

I've learned any business that ships from CA is actually from *****. Why would any company hide the fact theyre actually from *****? Because nobody wants anything from *****.They have mislead, misrepresented AND will only ******* a return after the item is shipped BACK TO *****, at buyers expense, and they "decide" to give "permission" for a return. This is what one can expect when doing business with *****. Aggravation, false advertising and the anticipated cheap, junk products after waiting a month of Sunday's to receive it!Why is the US even doing business with communists anyway? ??Initial Complaint

I ordered a blood pressure monitor and was not informed it would be shipped from *****. I cannot accept the shipping delays that this would entail. I tried to cancel, and they refuse. I tried to call their pho0ne number and it does not work. It is impossible to speak to a live person. I want to cancel this order and have them credit my **************** charge. I was alarmed that I charged it to AMEX, and they forced PayPal in there and I specifically omitted them.
