      I sent this today: "I do not understand how a bill to shipping on an annual subscription could possibly not provide a partial refund of the months not used. If I am paying for a subscription in a sept. you are saying I cannot get a refund before orders are created and shipped for January-Sept. of the following year? Seems extremely disingenuous to those who are paying a significant portion of their subscription upfront, especially considering someone who is moving overseas or maybe others regarding extenuating circumstances. I do not for the life of me understand why someone would chose the business model to pay 250 dollars if they couldn't cancel and ask for a refund for additional reasons. Why would anyone pay for annual subscriptions when I would be able to cancel monthly at anytime and maybe be out $20 for a month they didn't need? I understand the yearly get a discounted rate, but as you have increased your rates and decline to send reminders of upcoming annual renewals it is in extremely poor taste that you are ADDITIONALLY lacking an ability to refund partially for annual subscriptions. The simply argument would be to not offer a yearly rate for anyone since you cannot seems to accommodate yearly subscribers based on your own business model. I see in BBB there has been information on deceptive trade practices resulting from auto-renewing without notification and authorization. "I am frustrated that there is limited ability to contact besides an email as well.

      My attorney has proposed filing a class action suit based on deceptive trade practices resulting from auto-renewing without notification and authorization. I only wish I had reviewed their BBB track record in advance of any purchase. And I wish I could award -5 stars based on their lack of transparency, deceptive trade practices, and pitiful customer service.

      I began a monthly subscription with Silk + Sonder about 10 months ago. Since then I have been trying to cancel my subscription (which they advertise can be canceled at anytime) with absolutely no luck. I have gone on their website through the routes they say to utilize and conveniently this function does not work on their site. I have also sent multiple emails to their customer service email address requesting they cancel and revoking my approval for them to charge my card on the account. This has been going on for over 3 months. I just attempted to cancel again on their website and the function continues to not work. This is false advertisement and terrible customer service. I am disappointed in these shady business practices from a company who claims to care about others.

      I cancelled my subscription months ago and still receive their monthly journal. I have contacted them numerous times to no avail. Their response is that their business model doesnt allow for mid-subscription stoppage of mailing the journal. Ive taken to refusing the package and the response is the same.

      This business should have a phone number for customer service. Having a phone number as a business shows transparency, openness and willingness to help any customer who has a problem, issue or a need. hiding behind an email is not always the best way to practice business because theres a lot of handicap people and elderly people that need to just dial a phone number for Help. I think it would be very helpful if someone contacted SilkAndSonder and told them they needed to have a phone number to be open and honest and transparent as a business to the elderly in handicap customers
