      I ordered an "ugly" sweater Nov.26th and on the website it showed order by Dec.8 to receive rhe order before Christmas. A couple weeks after my order still no sweater so I emailed and received the same tracking number I was given the day I ordered which had no additional information. I stressed in my email that I had to have it before Christmas as we would no be in town after Christmas. I emailed over 10 emails requesting a refund for a sweater not received and was only offered first 40% off the next purchase then later 20%. I have told them I have not received a sweater and requested my money back and have been denied. I have spoken with the 1 neighbor I have but they have no seen any packages. I have explained and each email I did not receive my sweater yet they still refuse to give me a refund. I told them I don't want a discount since they handed my initial order so bad I don't want to do any new business with them I just want my money back.

I've reviewed the information you provided to the BBB, including the screenshots of the interaction you've had with the company you submitted your order with. I see you've been communicating with their customer service at ************************. 

      This is a different company than ours with no affiliation to us. I'm sorry for the confusion. Since **** we've been at TrippyStore.com and only operate as TrippyStore.com. We're a home decor store and don't currently offer any apparel items. Our customer service will only contact you from help@trippystore.com.

      Regardless, I've checked our system and can't find an order matching the information you provided. It's easy to confirm if your order was placed with us. You can confirm if your order was placed on our site by checking your charge statement. The charge description of an order placed with us is shown as "TRIPPYSTORE.COM".

      Again, I am sorry for the confusion and wish you the best of luck with the company you submitted your order with.
