The platform is incredibly user-friendly and has streamlined our payroll processes in ways we never thought possible. Our midsize law relied on Rippling to manage our payroll and compliance needs. Due to repeated problems with their services and the inability to reach a consistent human point of contact for support, we terminated our account with **********************. However, we continued to contract with Rippling to submit the portion of multiple states Q3 wage reports and Federal 941 forms for the timeframe prior to our offboarding.Their performance has been nothing short of disastrous. Rippling's complete failure to file Q3 ****************************************************** monetary fines, calls and letters about the delinquencies every week. Furthermore, Rippling had significant delays in issuing 2023s W2s. These delays left our employees in a lurch, unable to complete their personal tax filings in a timely manner. Additionally, our firms accountants were delayed in the filings on our behalf. This unacceptable delay reflects a gross lack of reliability and ************************************** support throughout this ordeal has been abysmal. Weve been handed off to at least 5 different ********** lack of support and communication is a glaring failure on their part, exacerbating an already dire situation.At one point during the ordeal, when no one would reply to us, we reached out to their sales department to see if we could get anyone to reply. Sales got back to us within 10 mins both via email and phone. As soon as we indicated we really needed operational support, they went completely silent with no return calls or emails. Just shows theyre all about getting the business, but not properly serving their existing customers.In summary, *********************** failures have caused substantial operational setbacks to our law firm. Their inability to fulfill basic payroll and tax compliance responsibilities is inexcusable. We strongly advise any business considering Ripplings services to look elsewhere. Their incompetence and lack of accountability pose a significant risk to any organization.Review from Staci B

Not what they seem - they promised so much and left me asking questions- with no answers- Q1 taxes were not submitted on time and they submitted the incorrect amount, blaming me for the errors. I have had multiple inquiries and issues that are time sensitive and it takes days for them to email you back. I would not use this company at all - it has been nothing but a headache and has added so much more even though they promised less - we will be moving to a different payroll company as soon as possible.Review from Mary C

Our company switched over to Rippling mid-last year and it has not been a good experience at all. They promised automation and ease and all we have gotten are systems that don't work and terrible customer service when they make a mistake. They also nickel and dime you every chance they get. We were told that they don't integrate well with outside FSA, HSA providers so we decided to use them as our provider. If they try to sell you ease and automation by using their FSA and HSA DO NOT DO IT. This has been a headache to resolve and has affected employees directly. We have had issues with them properly funding HSA accounts since January and it has still not been resolved.Review from William S

Work for Menufy and Rippling messed up my taxes. They over withdrawal and when i did turbo tax it acted like i have not paid a single dime . So i owe taxes for 2024 I immediately quit the job after finding ****** is shady, *********** and rippling.Review from Narayan I

We started using Rippling at the beginning of 2023, and our story is the same as the other reviews. We were told what great service they had, but the reality is that you are left with a bot, and even when you learn the trick of typing Zoom session until they agree to one, the person on the call rarely completes. We were assigned a trainer to start, but she sat there waiting for us to ask questions rather than doing any training. We were assigned a success manager who was no help at all. We have an employee in ******, and they took a month of salary as a deposit, which they have still not returned -- more than 2 months after we closed the account. I gave them more than three months notice before the end of our term that we wanted to terminate. I have written every few weeks, and only received confirmation that they accepted the termination a day or so ago. They make you jump through LOTS of hoops to terminate, too.Save yourself some trouble and don't ever start working with this company.Review from Jacquelynn M

Signed on with Rippling about a year ago and was promised things that still do not have a launch date. (ex: scheduling feature). Once we decided to not renew our contract, it is impossible to reach our account agent or even customer service to conduct off-boarding. This is extremely frustrating because our last payroll run is in question and I cannot get any answers. I highly encourage you to look elsewhere for HR management and ******* services because this entire year has been overpriced for this amount of inconvenience.Review from Mia w

This company has no help desk and will deny commuter claims used for public transit. Overall not a safe business to rely on your medical and in the moment business transit needs.You will need to call everytime you use their credit card because theyre more likely to deny your legitimate claim that approve. Overall not convenient and very tricky for tax saving benefits.Review from Terry J
