The day after Christmas, we downloaded Picsart because of their "7-day free trial" to check out their "AI features." The app did not even have this feature, so I canceled the trial and deleted the app. Less than 12 hours later, I got a negative balance alert from my bank because Picsart stole seventy-six dollars and eighty-five cents from my account, completely without my consent. Apple would not refund my money even though I reported it immediately. Apple told me that I gave CONSENT and AGREED to a year-long subscription! Which is straight-up fraud and theft! I cannot even fight Apple over it because once a request is rejected, there is literally nothing else to do or nobody to speak to. It is impossible to talk to anyone at Picsart; every message is an automated bot that tells me to contact Apple. I now cannot even use my bank information with Apple, which is a massive setback because I am afraid Picsart will steal from me again. I cannot believe nobody has been held accountable for this theft, and I am especially disappointed in Apple as I have been a lifetime customer, and they basically told me to get over it.Review from Camille R

I should have looked before subscribing to this app. I think I got scammed. I am not sure what exactly happened. I have one invoice stating that I started the free trial on the 19th of February. However, I also received an email stating that my subscription started on the 20th of February. It also said that I had to cancel my subscription one day before the 27th of February. Then I got charged on the 26th of February even though I canceled on the 26th. I just think the whole process was confusing and deceiving. I wish to have a refund of the full amount since I cancelled on the 26th of February which is one day before the due date that was indicated on many of the emails I received. Ultimately, I received emails with different information. It seemed as if it was made on purpose. I hope I get my money back!Review from Ethan B

Scammers. They charged be ***** and wouldn't issue a refund even though I never even used the app. I downloaded it, logged in one, and a couple months later, they charged. After requesting a refund since I don't use it at all, they refused. In fact, they have a strict policy of no refunds no matter what. Total scammers.Review from Angelina K

I'm only giving them one star because I have to leave at least one. I was fraudulently charged for a year subscription of picsart yet I don't even have an account attached to it and have never made one. I was charged ***** and now my credit card won't help me dispute the claim because it's through PayPal and PayPal won't help me because the transaction was made through ******* This app is ridiculous!Review from Renee S.

I was charged for an app subscription that I do not have. I contacted ****** and they also confirmed I do not have subscription and told me I have to contact Pay Pal since that is who approved the payment. On January 11th I downloaded an app called "picsart" it said it had a 7 day free trial, then the NEXT DAY on January 12th I was charged *****, after digging deeper i found a whole slew of people who also are scammed by this app ! I went to Picsart website and it also says i have no subscription...I went to ****** Play store...and once again.... it also says I have no subscription, so not only do I have proof that I was illegally charged for this app but I also have confirmation from ****** that says this is not a charge that I was in agreeance with! I have not heard back from Picsart but now I have to cancel my card so they do not keep charging me unlawfully.
