On April 6, 2022 I purchased a sneaker box from your company in hopes of having it arrived for my husband birthday in May. I received an initial confirmation email that my order was placed and my card charged for $39.97. Weeks went on and I never received any further information or a tracking number, so I emailed the company on May 5, 2022. Got response next day from ******* at the company assuring me "should be receiving an updated tracking number within the next 5-7 business days, From there, you will be able to track it through Desktop or Mobile via the instructions in the email then attached" but I never did. Emailed again on May 15 stating still no tracking number and ******* responded the next day stating "apologize for any inconvenience this delay has caused. We are currently back ordered on a few materials needed to make your particular item. Your package is estimated to be ready in 7 business days, I understand this may be frustrating as a customer so If you would like a full refund, please let me know". I noted I did not want a refund but wanted the item as it was for my husband's birthday and I will be willing to wait an additional 7 days. Days later on May 24 ******* responds "We apologize for not letting you know earlier, it takes about 2-3 days to arrive once shipped". I replied fine but can I have a tracking number. Still no tracking number and he responds on May 26 stating"Unfortunately, we are facing a slight manufacturing delay and should have your package out by within two weeks. I apologize again for the inconvenience. If you have any questions, concerns or would prefer a refund, please let me know". At this point it is past my husband's birthday which was May 21 and month goes by and I've heard it received nothing. I email again same address July 29, 2022 and get an automated reply the next day delivery incomplete issue sending my message to this email address. Emailed again on July 30 and August 2 all same error. No product and money gone.Initial Complaint

In Jan, I purchased a **** shoe box holder for my grandson for ***** plus extra for shipping and the merchandise never came. I reached out to them in June, and they responded right away and apologized for the wait. Said some items were backordered and it will be 10 days and they would send it. I waited until July I reached out again and requested my money back this time. No response. Here it is October and no response, no refund, no merchandise.
