Bought a $300 headset that did not work for even a year. **************** is ignoring me emails because they know its a problem that needs to be resolved but are refusing to do so. They also blocked my email from filing any new claims on the website which I tried to do because they stopped responding to my emails. So as a company they sold me a faulty product, replaced it with another faulty product and are now ignoring me because they want me to buy another headset. Even mentioned how the batteries in the product are defective and I am not the only consumer to experience this. Something needs to be done, they are committing fraud as a corporate company. I am a professional gamer and take great care of my headsets. I requested some type of compensation and their only answer was to buy a new headset.Initial Complaint

I purchased a t40 tr headset and mixamp pro on fed 3rd received item Feb 8th out of the box the mix amp didn't not power on my son has the same unit I plugged it into his cord and p.c still won't work tried 3 other p.cs and cards still nothing I contacted email support and by far the worst customer service I have ever seen. I get a reply once every other day here it is Friday Feb 11th and still no resolve so I called customer service they hung up on me 5 times refused to give me a supervisor or manage stating it is the company policy to deny that request one even sighed very loudly before he hung up they are refusing to replace the broken item or send a new unit in a timely manner they have stolen my money and won't provide any type of resolve this company has serious issues and I will make sure to file a complaint t with Logitech to ensure they know what's going onInitial Complaint

In Fact they are currently selling for ******. So I contacted Astro.This is the case # *******I received a reply 3 days later explaining they needed to verify my warranty status, even though I contacted them through my account in which I purchased my controller. So I decided to attempt to return the controller. Unfortunately Astro's website is incapable of doing so.The rep gets back to me after yet another 3 days have passed. Where he instructed me to attempt the return with him. I had given up on Astro as I just wanted to enjoy my controller or get a refund for the purchase I made, 15 days prior to this customer service reps ********* Then I was invited to a tournament and decided to just fix the controller. So I ordered brand new joysticks from Astro.Purchase date: 01/04/22 01:52:21Order # ************Subtotal $39.98Discount(s) $0.00Tax $3.96Shipping $8.00 Total $51.94After investing $207.81 for an Astro product that never worked I was excited about turning my expensive paper weight into something I could use. cant lie this has to be absolutely the worst return customer service experience ever . If you werent the only headset to work on ps5 and Xbox series than I would never use again, you guys make a good product I was happy with it for months but this ruined my experience
