Terrible and unethical practices. Took my dog in to get spayed. Started with Wellness exam and blood work that cost $400. They were pleasant and provided verbal quote of $500-600 for the spay, on top of the blood work. Silly me, I trusted them and took their word for it. Upon arrival to drop my dog off for the spay, I was presented with an estimate of over $1200. When questioned, nobody knew anything. ******* pointed with don't know who did the estimate, to don't know who gave you that verbal quote. Front desk clerk assured me that they overestimate. Again, I was stupid and trusted that. Plus, I was already financially invested the the blood work costs.Upon pick up, i was presented with a total that was even more than the estimate. No details of charges were provided. I had to ask for it. They offered to have me speak with their manager *****.***** has zero compassion, zero answers. All her responses were absurd and just making excuses. She came in hot and heavy stating that i signed the estimate in the morning and was legally obligated to pay. I didn't say i wouldn't pay. I just have questions. She didn't want to discuss it. When questioned about verbal quote of $500-600, she said that's for small dogs. Yet, I had my dog there when I asked for pricing.. I asked why estimate wasn't provided at time of bloodwork appointment. She stated not all customers want to see it. I don't believe any customer would refuse full disclosure. They don't provide because they want to overcharge. When going over post op instructions, they were contradicting as well. When asked, ***** rudely said she could stop providing instructions. Um, I'm paying for this service. There is also a complimentary pedicure that was never done. I have never dealt with a business that was so unreasonable, and a manager who is so rude.
