I had a bathtub drainable issue. He charged me $860 for this which is twice more expensive than the standard. He detached the toilet without preparing for the overflow. More importantly, he wasn't able to figure out/resolve the issue. He pulled his 150ft-long drain snake into the drain for over an hour while complaining a lot about his busy schedule, one-piece toilet, and my questions/suggestions. It seemed resolved, but after 2-weeks I found that one end of the mainline is open and my crawl space became a mess while the joint was clogged again. Considering the amount of sewage leaked (it should be much worse if it happened before) and the fact that I haven't anything to open it, it's highly likely he did it by using his heave drain snake. With that, I request a refund for it as well as compensation to resolve the issue.Business response

Business Response /* (1000, 6, 2022/03/28) */ Customer called about a bathtub drain issue on February 15, 2022. Upon arrival the technician diagnosed it to be a main line clog which had backed up into the customers tub since it was the lowest point. Pointing this out to the customer, and finding out that the customer did not have a outside building cleanout to cable from, nor did the customer want one installed due to the cost of installing one. Customer was given the option of having the toilet pulled in order to gain access to cable customers main line. Customer accepted and work was performed. Drain was cleared, toilet remounted and drain tested. Customer takes full responsibility for any and all damages including water and waste cleanup for having their drain cabled thru a pulled toilet. This is why an approved building cleanout is important to have. In regards to waste leak under the house, the drain line is missing an end cap which is clearly obvious by the picture that was posted on yelp by the customer. Drainage fittings are directional and flow in 1 direction. The cable can not go back upstream and on top of that remove an end cap. Customer never called our office to express their concerns to us regarding these issues about this. they just went straight to social media which in our opinion does not seem normal.
