I have followed the idcrawl opt out process and they still have not removed my info. Ive tried emailing a couple times and my emails go ignored. This is violation of FL opt out codes. I am involved in a child custody dispute and it is a major privacy concern, they are not complying by removing my record. My next step will be a cease and desist. I have been extremely patient with this. Thank you,

The ************ Protection Regulation (GDPR) that was enacted in May 25, 2018 transformed the digital landscape by broadening data privacy for internet users and stakeholders across the world. To comply with ****, many ethical domain name registrars began enrolling their customers into free WHOIS privacy services by defaulting to redacted key data such as the domain name registrant's name, phone number, address, and other personally identifying information. The ********** that IDCrawl LLC has decided to utilize without my consent was extracted from a historical **********base prior to 2018 that was openly displayed and accessible to the public. The internet was a different space then, namely there was a significantly lower volume of sophisticated cyber crime and GDPR was not yet law. According to Statista, cyber crime costed the United States $19.4 billion in 2017, and the costs associated with cyber crime rose to a staggering $320 billion in 2023. ******* reports that the collective global cost of cyber crime has skyrocketed from $860 billion in 2018 to an astonishing $8.44 trillion in 2022. There is a reason why the internet has moved towards the ********** of individuals being hidden and why ********** is no longer automatically classified as public information. IDCrawl LLC's sharing of this private WHOIS information may violate GDPR guidelines and recklessly compromises my security. The exposure of my domain name data which is not available anywhere else online due to GDPR invites targeted cyber crime. Millions of firms across the globe from small businesses to the largest corporate enterprises rushed to invest massive resources into becoming compliant with **** regulations. I'm requesting for IDCrawl LLC similarly invest the necessary resources to acknowledge my legally authorized request to permanently remove all data pertaining to my, ****** *****, previous domain name registrations on the following page ***************************************************.

I submitted a request to ID crawl on 3/22/24 to have my information removed from their website. There is significant information that poses a potential security threat for identity theft. They responded on the same day that they received the request and stated they would get back to me in a timely manner. However, it is now May 13, 2024 and there has not been a response. I contacted them again and received the same generic email.

This is a complaint against IDCRAWL, PeopleConnect sites, specifically TruthFinder, InstantCheckmate, Intelius, and other platforms under their control. The complaint pertains to the unauthorized dissemination of personal information and the failure to comply with a request for data removal.Below is a list of key points and evidence for your review:1. I contacted IDCRAWL AND PeopleConnect sites to request the removal of my personal data from their databases and platforms due to concerns regarding online privacy and data security. Despite repeated attempts to communicate with their customer support team, I have not received any confirmation or action regarding the removal of my data.2. The continued accessibility of my personal information on PeopleConnect sites poses a significant risk to my privacy and security, potentially leading to identity theft, harassment, and other forms of exploitation.3. The automated verification process for data removal encounters obstacles due to outdated contact information provided by PeopleConnect and uncooperative representatives despite repeated email requests to remove my personal information, they ignore or send me links that do not work to resolve. I urge the Better Business Bureau to thoroughly investigate this matter and ensure that PeopleConnect adheres to privacy laws and regulations. Your intervention is crucial in protecting consumers' privacy rights.Thank you I have also attached a photo of my information on their website.

This business is an on-line personal search engine. They web crawl and data aggregate information in attempt to suggest this information is factual about individual people. This information can be wrong and lead to impressions by people seeking information about other people as truthful. The information could be nefarious or criminal that is not true or fake. That is wrong.

This website violates CCPA privacy opt outs. They are exposing my public information and their opt out process doesnt work. At most, it temporarily removes your info. But then a month or so later and its back up again. This is a violation and puts people at risk, especially when involved with domestic disputes. They refuse to permanently remove my record.
