After a long time researching and exploring my options, a couple months back I decided to go forward with *** to install solar and a battery in my ******** this research, I went through the too rated companies in the ** and in my state. All of them offered very similar prices, but the differentiator in this case was the customer service and the technologies used.**** sales team (Al A) was straightforward and easy to work with, not spamming my phone or setting up endless calls and surveys. Their system design team were very quick to get back to me on my questions and shared a comprehensive document of the technology of their panels, batteries, and other components.Once I decided what would be the technology I wanted (460W panels and Tesla Powerwall 3), their finance department contacted me with multiple financing options. None of the other companies offered me the array of rates and timelines that ******* M showed me. She went through them with me as this was my first time getting a loan like this. After all the initial setup was OK by the city and the loan company, I was transferred to ********************** was my project manager and she coordinated the installation with the engineering team and the communication with my power company. This was one of the parts where people complained the most in other companies, but she made this stage go smoothly and with almost zero interaction with me. I didnt even have to be at home during this process and by the time I came back from my travels, the installation was completed.I recommend this company to anybody who wants to get solar. No schemes, full transparency, best customer service, and great pricing.

Working with my local utility company, I selected *** to be my solar panel installation company. I could not be more pleased. From the very start, there was clear communication, great customer service, and what seemed to be an efficient process in place. Every promise made was a promise kept. This included a review of plans, install dates, costs, city permits, overall timelines, and approval processes. When I had a question, they took the time to walk me through any issues and respond patiently. I'm now just days away from "flipping the switch" -- moving me to the world of renewable energy/solar and helping me do my part to address climate concerns and protect our environment. Im writing this complaint due to lack of response given the Company (NRG) has had plenty of time to respond and resolve issues. I sent an email one month ago, with no response from either of the parties sent. Over the course of nearly 1 year they have left my entire system offline for many weeks, used no reasonable common sense on which solar panel system to hook the battery to, causing the system to not even recharge the battery during the daytime. They eventually put the battery connected to the larger system so the Battery actually charged during the daytime. Then recently they switched it back to the seven panels. Of course, this latest period in which we had the longest hot streak the system was not functioning at max capacity, costing large increases in energy use. What I would like would be for them to work with the other companies involved in phase who is monitoring the whole system empower who has the other smaller solar panels system, and resolve the issues that still exist so the system is maximizing its production capabilities. I have not spent tens of thousands of dollars to have a system that has been not working at its expected capability. Anytime changes are needed to be made to get things right we are always the last to get done put at the end of the day which then run over because they cant get there because its the end of the day and we wait sometimes weeks, before they respond.

NRG just installed a 21 panel, 3 battery system for ** in the ********************** ********. ******* helped ** through the process, which was smooth, well communicated, and had a fantastic result. Highly recommended.

We recently had solar panels installed at our home by NRG Clean Power. Its too soon to tell if our expectations of financial benefit from the use of these panels will happen so at this time we want to comment on the people who worked with us throughout the installation process. We had contact with a number of people at NRG but mostly we worked with *************************** and *********************. Both **** and ********* are professional and knowledgeable and absolutely wonderful to work with.Throughout the process I constantly pestered ********* with questions. In each instance she responded promptly and with respect and with patience. I cant say enough nice things about her.**** was fantastic. He was always pleasant and, like *********, was patient and respectful. He did his very best to help us understand the solar process and he spent extra time making sure that our electric panel worked properly. He considered what would be convenient for us with regard to the placement of the main service panel, and he made sure that everything was clean and neat before he left.We feel very fortunate that we were assigned to ********* and ****.

NRG recently installed a solar set up for us. We are very pleased with the process. The communication with the company was excellent. All our questions were addressed promptly and thoroughly. Our installation coordinator, **************************** was outstanding and very helpful.

NRG was transparent and kept me updated throughout the solar installation process, from beginning to end. ******* was knowledgeable, answering any questions I had. In a 2-day period I went from no solar to the solar system being installed completely, including configuring wireless access to view electricity generation now and over time (using the gateway). This was one of the company's recommended by LADWP when I went through their solar installation website. I appreciate the vetting of such a professional solar installation company.
