Purchased 2 LaZboy recliners from Wayfair 3/23/23. After 1 year, the fabric is fraying, the wood frame is snapping, making loud noises. ******* states it's past 30 days, they are unable to do anything. They gave me LaZboy's contact info. Called LaZboy, they will not do any thing due to the purchase was 1 year ago. What a run-around. No one wants to take responsibility. Will never purchase from Wayfair or LaZboy ever again. Everyone complains about China merchandise, well LaZboy is an american company and it's worse than Chinese products. By the way...my spouse and I average weight people! I cannot believe they are still in business. We spent ******* dollars. They got the money and thats the last thing that went right.We were given a delivery date which was a no show tried to call ,impossible to get anyone to answer the phone.We finally went to the store they new nothing about a delivery day being scheduled. After three visits to the store here in ********* we got a delivery. An ottoman was on order and we were going to pick it up. Got a text message saying it was here ready to be picked up. We went to the store they denied any knowledge about a text said it won't be here untill next week. Showed the the text message on my cell phone and they denied recognizing any of the numbers. If I don't get the ottoman I will follow up with legal action of some kind. Either way I will NEVER V do business with them again. I have been waiting 5 weeks for repair to my rocker/recliner. They never even sent a technician to look at it. The store keeps saying they can't help me, because they outsource their service through Serveco. ******* keeps telling me they ordered me a part, without even looking at the chair, that I can install. Wish there was zero star options - waited over 3 moths for new chair missing tall wall base - my mistake I should not have accepted chair - but now waiting over a month for this to be resolved - each time i call no real help - they have come twice now to "install tall base" but first time had the wrong part - second time had no part - Again called store and get vague well its service not us - so they really just want the money not to help you get what you paid for - I will never buy again - also I had friend about to palce large order there (over 20k) and got her to stop and go somewhere else. Ordered the sofa seven months before I finally received it. I paid extra money to have the cushions upgraded. When I received it, the back was lopsided the left side did not have enough stuffing in it to make it look the same as the right side.La-Z-Boy Furniture Galleries Response

They are happy to take your money, but don't stand behind their product. We purchased a sectional in May 2022 that was delivered with one piece damaged in November 2022. That was just finally repaired in April 2023, but in the meantime a separate piece of the sectional broke in January and that is still not repaired. The third-party repair person said they have suggested twice that that piece be replaced rather than repaired. I have contacted the store, but don't get a response. I've contacted customer service and get disconnected so that I have to leave a voice mail that isn't responded to. Their online feedback form also doesn't generate a response. *******, I have left you, ******* and ******* messages asking for help in addition to calling the customer service in both Michigan and ************. If you lookup order 6-315881 you will find the information on this issue. This sectional is poorly built. One piece arrived damaged and has been repaired, but looks like it has been repaired and the second piece is broken, it creaks and sinks when someone sits on it. This the worst customer service experience of my life. They delivered damaged product and damaged my hardwood floors in the process. It has been impossible to get a manager to return a phone call to discuss - unbelievable! This is not *********** but a 3rd rate franchise. BEWARE!!Review from Virginia S

On February 26, 2022 I purchased a recliner that cost ******** and received it on X-XX-XX which delivery men called me they were at the wrong address when I went outside to find them I noticed both pieces of recliner were in plastic on the street floor they brought up and assembled it, after using it for only 30 minutes I heard a pop sound and my seat tilted over to the right which I Immediately got up and checked all around it notice the back side had a large bar titled out of place and the material corner on the right was torn I have photos as proof in emails, I notified manager she sent someone out to check it on X-XX-XX which I missed 3 hrs of work, same issue occurred he reassembled and 30 minutes later after reclining same thing it tilted over again which bar seemed out of place it was obviously defective I notified the manager again, she said she would get me a loaner in the mean time of figuring it out which I missed 5 hrs of work to receive it, I replied I want it replaced not a temporary fix for the price I paid I have a bone disease which is the reason for my large investment for this recliner, I then called customer service which they then told me the repair man ordered me a new replacement top of recliner which the manager had no idea about it I informed her about it, the recliner top arrived on X-XX-XX without any notice no appointment to install, I emailed the manager twice along with a phone call about the large top of recliner box in my living room along with loaner recliner and broken recliner no response yet, matter not resolved yet.La-Z-Boy Furniture Galleries Response

Hello, and thank you very much for the reply I'm hoping this matter gets resolved, I would really like to return the chair for a full refund i ***"t trust this recliner due to the two times in one week it was defective, I would also like to ask for a discount I not only purchased this recliner I also purchased a Kennedy sofa and apartment size sofa for all the inconvenience and stress and time off work it caused, I would like to add the customer service at this lazy boy was the worst experience I've had in purchasing any items, no return emails no return calls I would have to call several times before I reached the manager. We got a chair in 2020 and it had problems. After numerous times and emails and pictures it was finally resolved. Got a new recliner had it not even 6 months and the leather started flaking. I purchased a loveseat July 17, 2021 and it was delivered on January 6, 2022.. I noticed the two sides cushions did not match, one was higher than the other. I called the store and they said a service tech would come to assess the problem. On February 1, 2022 the service man agreed the sides did not match. I got a call from their rep, David Atkins, who after looking at the pictures I send and the service man took, claimed the couch was up to factory standards. He said to sit on the other side to even out the cushions. I then tried to have Synchrony Bank fight for me, the consumer, they got nowhere. I tried a second time with Synchrony, even sending them pictures ,Lazy Boy would not budge. I Stopped in the store and showed them pictures, still asking them to take the couch back and they said they would get a serviceman out again, On June 3rd a service man cam and agreed the one side was overstuffed and did not match. He said he would recommend it be returned. Today I called the store service again and they had Brian Gager call, He said they would replace the cushion, I have such a bad taste in my mouth, after all this time, I just want it out of my house. He said he could not have the cushion replaced for another 3-4 week. I am moving July 1 so that doesn't work for me..I m filing this complaint so others can see the shabby response their store gives consumers, If there is anything you can do please help, I am paying for a couch that is not up to MY standards.La-Z-Boy Furniture Galleries Response

Thank you for responding to my BB comments. I appreciate you wanting to help. There is no sales ticket number. The only reference to the loveseat is 48u774 Power loveseat with headrest. Perhaps Synchrony Bank has a ricket number. It was purchased July 17. 2021 and delivered January 6, 2022. I reported the defect a few days later on January 14, after noticing how different the cushions were. A service tech could not come one until February 1, 2022. He agreed the cushions did not match. The representative called me on February 4th and said it was up to factory standards. He told me to sit on the other side to even out the cushion. I didn't take that very well.. Brian Gager from the corporate office in Lakeland,Fl, is ordering a cushion to replace the one side. I'm not sure it will make a difference. I still would like the loveseat returned. I would like a refund. My phone number is XXX-XXX-XXXX. I am moving July 1, 2022. This has dragged on too long. It has left a bad taste in my mouth.
