This business advertises a 20 cents/gallon discount on gas when a carwash is purchased at the time of gas purchase at the pump. Various multiple pumps "somehow" don't allow you to get the discount at the pump. You then have to go inside the business to purchase the car wash and DON'T receive the 20 cents/gallon savings. The standard reason from the store attendants is pump must not be working right, sorry we can't give you the discount you've already purchased the fuel. This is NOT a onetime problem, this issue has been going on for a year or more.Business response

Valero-branded fueling stations are not owned or operated by any affiliate of Valero, but by independent third parties that are supplied fuel by a distributor with whom Valero has a branded fuel supply agreement. As part of our branded supply relationship,when we are made aware of a customer complaint, we forward it to the relevant branded distributor. Now with address information for the station, we were able to submit this complaint directly to the distributor over this station. Please allow the distributor 5-7 business days to follow up. For your reference we have opened ticket #******.
