      I bought the Eargo 7 hearing aids after reading positive reviews in the *** Wirecutter. I was getting my first pair of hearing aids and was drawn to the in-the-ear, yet unique "open-petal" design they offered. The price was quite reasonable, the sound quality was very good, and I found the app extremely intuitive and easy to use. And the customer support was exemplary! Including my first contact with *********, the sales associate; *****, the audiologist I worked with primarily; and the various folks who answered the phone and directed me promptly to the appropriate representatives. I also appreciated the occasional emails with helpful tips and reminders as I progressed through the initial adjustment period.Unfortunately, because of my unusual ear shape, I was unable to keep the devices, but even then, there was no pressure and the support through the return and refund process was superb. I would definitely recommend Eargo 7s and Eargo, Inc. to others.

      I've had the Eargo 6 and just upgraded to the Eargo 7. They are practically invisible in my ears and work great. All done online, no office visits needed. Great customer service and follow-up.

      I have been an Eargo customer for 3 years. My first pair of hearing aids came from an Audiologist and even with my insurance they cost me over $3500. I had experienced several issues with them, short battery life, cutting out, dying completely, having to make an appointment to get them fixed and dealing with this bulky device behind my ears that would let my glasses sit correctly.I saw an advertisement on TV and decided to look into Eargo. This was the best thing I could have done. My first set was Eargo 7 and they performed great and even better than the $7000 hearing aids. After 3 years my Eargo 7's while still working have begun to lose battery life, so I decided to look into a new pair, due to my insurance now covers the Eargo SE.I ordered the SE's and have been wearing them for a few weeks now. They are performing as good as the Eargo 7 with very long battery life.Eargo support is EXCELLENT and always there to help, answer questions and resolve any issues.

      When I first heard about Eargos from an ad on line, I became aware of the fact that they not just sold hearing aids, they followed up with a well designed customer service program. *********************** service includes a call from a hearing technician who will walk you through the hearing test, and the app settings, fitting,cleaning, and charging. You also can call Eargo with any questions at any time after the sale. The Eargo website covers every aspect of their product and is easy to navigate. My initial fear in wearing a hearing aid was that the sound would be tinny and voices wouldnt be recognizable. But I was amazed at the sound quality from my Eargo 7 all in the ear hearing aids. It did take a week or so to get use to the fit and all of the sounds I was no longer hearing. The app works great when youre in different environments. You can set up four separate personal programs on your cellphone, I set mine up as normal, restaurant, meeting and TV. I found that 90 percent of the time I used the normal setting , so its not like youre constantly changing the settings. They also have a 45 day refund with no hidden restocking charges and they offer free return shipping. I have and I will continue to recommend Eargos, you have nothing to lose and lot to gain.

      Awesome! Aswesome! Awesome!Great technology. Wonderful user interface. No one knows I'm wearing them. I can hear leaves rustling in trees, birds chirping again (I thought the birds had gone silent) and the scary one; ants farting (Kidding but you get the idea).I no longer sit in a loud restuarant nodding to a conversation. I can actually participate.I was a previous Eargo user and these are WAAAAAYYYYYY better than the originals. If you are on the fence about getting these. Fall off and order. You won't be disappointed.

      I started with the Eargo Hifi's 5 years ago and had issues trying to keep them clean from wax built up When the Eargo 5's came out I switched and it was easier to keep them free of wax build up.       Love the hearing aids but keeping a charge in them after they are about 2 years old stinks. I have used every cleaning, charging/discharging method, etc. instructed to use with no avail. Right now I have a Left ear that goes dead now after 5 hours and a right after 7 or so. The left one dropped considerably after last call with them. I have a brother in law who is losing charge in both after 5 hours. Only resolution is to buy 2 new replacements from them for about $400 each. This is the second time around for me, why purchase more. I might as well buy MD hearing aids on sale for $397 a pair and just throw away if they dont satisfy, which is probably what we are going to do. Totally disgusted in *********! **** F

      Eargo's customer service and the amount of credible information online were what helped me decide to forego a more expensive professional hearing aid dealer for my mild hearing loss. Their customer service can be accessed by phone or online messaging for questions. I did not feel pressured to make a decision. When I asked what the differences in the basic ** and higher 7 models were, the customer *** was brief and truthful, which helped me make the decision to choose the ** model. I must have small ear canals because even the smallest silicone trumpets caused discomfort but when contacting customer service once again, I was assured that it was acceptable not to use trumpet ends, and sure enough, that has been the best solution for me. I love that the devices are invisible and discreet, with high quality functioning.
