Entered an order for delivery through the *** app. today, 6/4/23. Order number ******** In short, *** and their delivery source (arranged by the *** **********, ** location), delivered the wrong order. When I called the location, they acknowledged that ******************* (DoorDash) picked up the wrong order, but went on to state, "that's not our fault." What? *** **********, ** arranged the delivery. I paid this location for both the product AND the delivery charge, but they are telling me "it's not our fault?" They then informed me that they still had my order, but I'd have to pick it up, as their delivery source was not answering the phone so they could not make the delivery. What? Why did you charge me for a delivery, and after the delivery was botched, tell me I had to drive to their location to pick it up? Sorry, but I have Covid and I don't feel like driving to the store, and I don't think you want me in the store.Your manager was extremely rude, hung up on me, and refused to answer any of my follow up phone calls.I would like to be credited for the full amount of my credit card payment to this (**********, **) location--including the tip I paid to THEIR delivery service driver.Note: Since *** could not contact THEIR delivery source, I did. They agreed to reimburse the *** **********, ** location for the entire order, and apologized profusely for the inconvenience. Now that I brokered a full refund to the store from THEIR delivery source, I would like them to refund MY money through a credit card credit.Customer response
