We bought tickets through tripplanet/ ticketsatwork on November 27, 2023 for a flight on June 14th to the 22nd. We were unable to make those dates and cancelled the reservation in February. We asked for a refund they were unable to refund us and gave us flight credits. I asked if we could use the flight credits in June 2025 a year from the original reservation and they said as long as we book our flight before November 27th 2024. Once flights tickets came out for June 2025 I emailed and called to book. At first they said we had no flight credits and they refunded which they did not then after being on hold for hours they said they found the reservation credits. We asked to book for June 2025 and they said they would look into this in September. They said they would get back and never did. I called again and went through the exact same situation with a new person said they would look into it and call back never did. Then I called again since I never got a response and they said we had to book and physical be there by November 27, 2024. This is now the end of October and are only giving us 3 weeks to book a trip. The new person we talked to after being on hold for hours would not extend our flight credits even through they said they were looking into it for months and never gotten back to us. Then she said she would use our credit for June 2025 a year from our original flight but said we would owe more than our original tickets even though the tickets were the same cost as last year (lying that the voucher was being used). Just booking a new flight. Saying they were using the credit. We finally got to a supervisor after being on the phone for 6 hours and he told us the best he could do was get us a tax credit and rebook the trip for 300 off. Which also did not make sense. If you could help/ look into this that would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!Initial Complaint

November of 2023 I purchased a flight through trip planet and tickets at work from ******* to *******. I could not make the trip due to an emergency. Tickets at work would not refund the money but gave me future credit. When I called to book a flight using the future credit each time I was told something different about redeeming my credit and that a *** would called back to book my flight. I never got a call back so I would call again and get the same story each time. Finally they would just put me on hold and never come back to the call. I have over $600 in flight credits I have been unable to redeem. It is Saturday I've tried contacting them sort this out multiple times since last Friday. Due to a trip I had planned for yesterday.
