I was sold health insurance in ******* ***** by trans world assurance. Pushy door to door salesman. Decided to cancel within the first month and the door to door salesman was impossible to reach. Transworld assurance is also impossible to reach via phone or email dude to phones not being answered and/or time difference. Sale rep told me I would receive a full refund, called company and they told me I will be receiving no refund at all and the cancelation fee is $2000. This company targets military members/ veterans. I was promised a full refund of my money given to this company and at the end was told that I would get nothing. Very rude as well. Policy# **u0030747Business response

In ****************** complaint he stated that he purchased health insurance from Trans World Assurance Company. Trans World Assurance Company does not market health insurance. We only market whole life and Universal Life products. A copy of ****************** application is enclosed.
We received the attached letter from the agent on October 6, 2022, requesting a full refund be issued to *************** The agent's request has been forwarded to the accounting department for a full refund to be issued to ***************
