These people have been calling me and calling me and I just told him that they have a bad rating on the BBB and he said that they are rating was a plus I said well thats because you guys are not accredited with a BBB so thats why I said that you have a 1.43 out of five stars. I said so I think Im going to pass and he laughed and hung up the phone. The fact that he laughed alone was super unprofessional. Steer clear of this company.Review from Warren D

To be perfectly honest with my rating of AmONE is that i initially inquire about a personal loan and received AmONE as the first to call within seconds of hitting the enter key of my keyboard. Surprisingly, the gentleman started telling me about debt consolidation which happens to be program i started with Americor back in May and I knew it would not hurt to listen to what is being offered. This is karma, as i was connected to ***************************************** and talked to ***** (who is the easiest person to talk to), provided me a better option of debt consolidation than Americor. After listening, and signing off the DocuSign documents, i received instructions by ***** on how to change program mid-stream and ending up with a cheaper monthly rate and easier consolidation of all outstanding loans. By the next day, i generated movement of stored funds from Americor back to me, and approved JR *********** as my current debt consolidation company.AmONE Response

I was contacted by the company as a part of one of their partners. When I began the conversation, I informed the agent ******* about what I was looking for. I informed him that there was no interest at all in a debt settlement program and that is exactly what he referred me. The agent did not listen to what was said. Sadly, I can only imagine how many clients that this happens to the end up in programs that they do not want this is poor practice.AmONE Response

Im only 29 years old I thought getting along from now would be very easy and simple. I called them at 8:30 in the morning. They told me I got approved for a $5000 loan. I was hoping to get a car with that money but now Every time I call the guy at lunch or hes at home with his personal time. Nobody have not called me or got contact with me since they got my information. I need help.AmONE Response

In your case, repairing your credit was your best option so we matched you with one of our credit repair partners and can see that you signed up for their service. Be mindful they can access your call log and harass your friends and family. They called my best friend looking for me. And In no way would I ever put his number down for anything. Then when I called the guy was very rude about it, saying that they can't access that. I'm like then why did he have the same number pop up saying AMone on it, that has been calling me non stop? I have the screenshot for proof. The guy was like there's no way. I'm pretty sure this is illegal. I definitely feel like they invaded my privacy. Be more mindful if a person doesnt respond to your voicemails, and blocks your number that means they dont want to further business with you. We are all going through hard times and we dont want to have to be harassed as well.AmONE Response

I had a disappointing experience with AmOne's customer support. Initially, my interaction with the first agent was positive, but when I spoke with "***," communication became challenging. I asked to be transferred for clarity, but *** refused and insisted I could understand him, leading to an argument. Subsequent attempts to contact AmOne went unanswered, leaving me frustrated and unsupported. Overall, the lack of professionalism and assistance was very disappointing.AmONE Response
