I ordered a cushion through betty mills. It was a yellow air cushion measurements 18x16 and I received a 16x14 purple cushion. After sending all information to the company they refused to fix the mistake and claimed it was the correct cushion when clearly it was not. Then I was told I would have to pay for it to be shipped back, if I wanted the correct cushion shipped. I'm extremely angry and refuse to purchase anything else from this company as well as tell others not to support them.Initial Complaint

I believe, based on what happened with this transaction, and what I read in the Betty Mills feedback, that this is a bait and switch. On May 8th, 2024, I purchased a Medline reclining, #MDS808550 wheelchair from Betty Mills Co. PO#**********. This wheelchair has chrome plated metal hand rails on the rear wheels. I searched awhile to find a decently priced chair with the chrome hand rail as standard. Most, I confirmed this with a call to Betty Mills. When we picked up the chair, it had obviously been opened before & taped up, with tape everywhere. When I got it home, I checked for hidden damage, found none, but discovered the hand rails were a cheap pebble finish black plastic, not chromed metal. We called the same day & talked with service tech *********************** & advised about taped up, weak, wrinkled pkg, & the cheap black plastic hand rails.He called back, agreed the wheels were supposed to be chrome. He would submit problem to Medline. Was called back by a **********************, she say's don't talk to ***** anymore, only her.She said she was sending us a return label, but WE have to pay to ship the chair back.Then she advised me that the hand rail was black plastic, and only looked like polished chrome in the ads. I had to send pics.Sent pics of *************** she emailed us a receipt.I contacted the bank, & then have not heard from Betty Mills for weeks now. In regards to the complaint; the order issue was addressed the same day.
Original shipment was disputed; ***** advised that he did not receive the 6 out of the 10 that were shipped. We had submitted a reshipment request however we were advised that the item was out of stock with no ETA date. Once advised of that information from the warehouse we processed a refund accommodation for the customer on 01/13/2023.
Attached is a Copy of the notes and timeline.

I had done a search engine for a product I get regularly and currently because of health issues and transportation discrepancies. I know I can or have in the past month been able to get product at a, ************** , in ************, **. The price of the product is or was then $1.99 a piece. So in Bettymills.com ad it showed 70 count and now it shows 30 count on main frame before you click on product. so my assumption when a bought it was great and even after click on it for details same manipulation it didn't say pieces but rather count and sheets was not even on the detail from what I saw. The second issue, was when I received product I get a packaging slip with manufacturing (*******) and it looks as though it is being sold to BettyMills.com and they just shipped to me??? And after I complained by the matter impersonal email was sent to me on how I will get charged a 10% restocking fee and I have to pay shipping and I was already charged an extra shipping fee. This is gouging and misleading as a company. I have not sent back and I have put a dispute on charge by USbank credit card as I will send back if shipping is paid as I a consumer am not paying $30 for nothing but a game of gouging and advertisement misleading by a 3rd party or a unbonded company.Business response

I am rejecting this response because: This was what they should have done prior to having a Giemona ******* contact me twice as if she were representing the company and power riding on my purchase. It is unprofessional and caused a ucky business transaction. Along with the purchase slip having the actually manufacturers name. Also I am limited transportation and it is inconvenient for me to send back at all.

Hello,
All the details should have been reviewed carefully prior before proceeding with the return.
In regards to the return; we will be happy to set up a Call Tag. This is allowing a ***** Driver come to Pick up the package, and will have the label on them. The package would simply need to be left out for pick up.
Please advise if you would like me to proceed with this as a return option instead.

I find this disturbing and now they want me to place the box outside for anyone to come pick up and then say I did not send back and retaliation. On 3/21 we had E mailed back to you through our Help Center. The last communication from you there was not a specific Quantity listed for the order based on exactly what you were trying to order.
We will be happy to assist with a return or a replacement however, we are unsure of the quantities. Attached is a copy of the order that was placed online. You had order Qty 18 of the Iron, and 1 set of Medline Wheels.
Please advise on what you were intending to order.
