Every step was virtually seamless, and I genuinely felt supported and informed throughout.Robs patience and ability to break down complex steps into manageable pieces stood out to me. The BEST in customer service, professionalism, and expert lending knowledge, ****** at CMG was incredible to work with. The entire process was smooth, flawless and seemed almost effortless with exceptional results. ****** was one of the suggested lenders for my new home purchase financing and I'm so delighted I selected her and CMG. She responded promptly to my inquiry and processed my application immediately. My loan was approved quickly. She was in constant communication with market trends, financial strategies, and authentic warm support throughout the entire journey. I knew I was in the best hands possible with ******. She even worked on the weekends and off hours when myself or my realtor had questions or needed important documents. There are many perks with CMG like fee free refinancing, and I had a pay down option, all of which ****** made sure I received the best benefits and rates available. Luke and his team of absolute professionals made the borrowing process beyond easy. This often daunting process it at times made more cumbersome by other financial institutions. This was the opposite with Luke and his team. They simplified and streamlined everything. Their communication throughout was impeccable, if there was any questions regarding the loan. they were answered promptly, and everything that was needed for the loan, (i.e. outstanding ding documents, or statements) was always outlined clearly. Working with Jessica Kron throughout the entire loan process was a blessing as she made the entire process incredibly easy and streamlined. Every single question I had was answered almost immediately and I was given clear instruction each step of the way. This is the second home I have purchased and I truly wish I had used Jessica the first time I bought a home because it was a night and day difference between the two experiences. I will most certainly be using Jessica K. in the future when it comes time to refinance and eventually acquire another home loan.
