I was a PC perks member, so my subscription auto renewed. I would receive an email letting me know it was about to renew in a couple days and had time to delay the order or say yes, send it. Well, this time I received zero warning that the auto renewal was coming up and they just charged my account almost $400. They couldnt email me to say heads up, youll be charged, yet had no problem emailing me to say we charged you and your order is on the way. Currently disputing with my bank. My advice is, if youre a perks member, be vigilant of when theyre going to take your money, because apparently they dont warn you anymore. Also, use a credit card rather than a debit card, as its easier to dispute!Rodan + Fields Response

My debit card number was stolen and the fraudster immediately tried to charge over $5,000 on my card at Rodan + Fields. One charge was able to get through and now I'm waiting for a refund from the bank.Rodan + Fields Response

Second time Rodan + Fields has charged my account due to a subscription I did not sign up for. I spent hours on the phone getting it sorted out and finally got a refund the first time but had to wait until the product I did NOT order to arrive so I can then return it. A few months later I am charged AGAIN!!!!! I had to call and go over all of the same information again. They sent all of the confirmations to an email that did not exist and would not change the email to my actual address so that I could receive the confirmation. This company is ILLEGAL and not ok!Rodan + Fields Response

I was awarded a $250 voucher from a lawsuit against the company for lash boost. I ordered three eye creams and paid with the voucher. My order was placed on Dec 13 and then they cancelled it. After many chats, e-mails and finally a 30 min call, I still have no resolution. I finally have a case number so Ill continue to follow up. Unfortunately, what it seems they are doing is making it impossible for customers to use the vouchers awarded from the lawsuit.Rodan + Fields Response

R+F charged my credit card without authorization in early November 2022. I had not purchased and was not shipped any product since February 2021. They are telling me I am on a 60-day auto-fill program. That is obviously not true because it has been over 18 months (over 540 days) since they had shipped anything to me. I was never auto-shipped any of their products. I immediately contacted the person who was my rep and she cancelled my account, but they wont remove the unauthorized charge. I asked ******* for help again and now she claims that she quit the company last week so she wont do anything to assist me. Whenever I email R+F I get only a form response accusing me of being on auto-ship. No one at R+F will address the unauthorized charge or remove it from my credit card. I reported the unauthorized charge to my credit card company and it is under investigation.Rodan + Fields Response

Hi, were sorry to hear of your experience. Our records indicate you enrolled as a Preferred Customer (**) in September 2020. Per the ** ***** Terms and Conditions that must be agreed to before having an active account, it clarifies that as a ** member you will be on auto-charge flexible subscription program. As a ** member, you have the option to delay your order up to 1 day before your order date if you're not needing an order at that time. We understand you were able to email with our ************* team who was able to ensure your ** account has been closed and your order was refunded in full. I have never heard of this company, until I was a victim of fraud this past week. Someone used my information to subscribe me into a weekly recurring charge that occurs every Tuesday for over $200 ... You have been charging my credit card each week. I DONT WANT THIS SUBSCRIPTION AND I NEVER SIGNED UP, SOMEONE FRAUDULENTLY DID. I have notified my credit card company, but since it's recurring it keeps charging even with a new number because of **** updater. For this I have gotten my attorney *************************, from ************** involved. I also have filed a police report against the fraudster and the company. Please remove myself from your company's subscription that I never signed up for or legal action will pursue. I and *********** have spent hours but no one answers always put on hold then someone hangs up on us I have records showing being on hold for over 40 minutes to just be hung up on. I have cancelled being a consultant more times than I can count. I keep getting emails from them! Whenever I say I'm not a consultant and to stop harassing me, they just send back instructions on how to renew!!! I've spent hours on the phone -- absolutely no help.Rodan + Fields Response

This business is scam they charge my credit card without sending me any product even though I already cancelled my membership. I tried to resolve the problem I found out they use my credit card to a different member. I cant even call the customer service they either drop my call or transfer you to different departments and then drop your call again when you finally speak to someone.Rodan + Fields Response
