Purchased a used washing machine for $490 on 10/17, the first appliance didn't work at all, the second violently shook during spin cycle on first use. I immediately requested a refund for the defective unit and the delivery guy and company owner slowly stopped responding. The company offers 3 month warranty and after they did not ************** so I purchased a new unit so I could wash my clothes. I'm still looking for a refund and they are not responding.Initial Complaint

We purchased a refrigerator that was advertised as working from this business. When it was delivered, we saw that parts were missing/different from what was in the original advertisement pictures. They said they would bring the correct parts. They have since not answered any outreach and the fridge has begun leaking. After investigating, it seems that it is not in correct working order and may not be fixable. Our receipt lists a 3-month warranty (purchased on 8/11/22) and they are not responding to requests for service. It appears this business is making fraudulent claims and selling faulty merchandise.Initial Complaint

On 8/4 i went to the premises of BR Appliances, which I found on Craigs list, at *************. They were located inside of a small indoor shopping mall. I went inside and looked at their refrigerators. They offered 3 months warranty on all of their products. Well I decided to purchase a new Hisense refrigerator. Within the first week the refrigerator was not working. After about four days of unsuccessfully trying to contact them via phone calls I finally got a technician out. Mind you my food is already spoiled by this point so I had to waste all of that. After the technician made his fix he left and the refrigerator still never worked. After that the company ghosted me. You can not contact them in any fashion. They do not make themselves available at the physical location. The people who pull the strings, do so from afar. Please make sure this so called business does not operate anymore as they do not play by the same rules and do not afford the same consumer protections as other firms.Initial Complaint

We purchased a refrigerator from this business. They gave us 3-month warranty. The freezer site of the refrigerator is not freezing we been calling them, but they are not answering our calls. They are not responding. My wife called from her phone thinking that they recognize my number, they answered the call, but once they knew what the call was about, they called her names and hang up the call. We just want them to fix the refrigerator if not give us our money back
