From **** through February 2023, I hired SIERRA ********************** to deliver drinking water to my house, account #*****. On 3/1/23, I observed (2) SPARKLETTS (5)-gallons drinking water on my porch. I called SPARKLETTS and told them I did not order the (2) 5-gallons and that I did not want their service because their prices were to high and I was being charged a deliver fee, which I was not charged when I was with SIERRA ********************** and to pick up the (2) 5-gallons. At this time, ****** told me she would have someone from Sparkletts pick up the (2) 5-gallons and that my account # was **************. On 3/15/23, I observed the Sparkletts man attempt to deliver (2) more 5-gallons drinking water and I told him to not only NOT deliver them but pick up the (2) full 5-gallons bottles because i did not order them and I did not consider myself a customer of ********************. (SEE *************. During the month of March 2023, I received a bill for $33.00 and I told ***** that I am not responsible for the attempted (4) bottles that SPARKLETTS tried to enforce upon me, I did not order them, nor did I ever use them. ***** told me that because they touched my porch and were delivered that I am responsible for the bill, despite me not orderding them. Also on April 23, 2023, I called and wrote SPARKLETTS a letter (see attachment-2) that I will not be paying the bill and to zero out this account because I never was a customer of theirs and I did not use any of their products. I never received a response, an acknowledgement of my letter nor a telephone call from SPARKLETTS. On April 2023, I received a statement billing me for $33 for products that I did not order or use (see attachment-3). On May 2023, I received another bill for $49, which include late fees for services I did not order or use from SPARKLETTS (see attachment-4) ON June 2023, I received another bill for $65, which include further late fees for services I did not order or use from SPARKLETTS (see attachment-5). On July 2023, I received another bill for $81, which include further late fees for services I did not order or use from SPARKLETTS (see attachment-6) I have now received a notice from the ****************************, indicating that I now owe $96.38 for services I did not order or use from SPARKLETTS (see attachment-7). I am requesting that SPARKLETTS zero out this account THEY placed in my name (since I did not order their service or use them), write me an apology letter, pay me $50 for my stamp, response, phone calls, time and frustration and IMPROVE their customer service and stop bullying people by trying to take advantage. I belive SPARKLETT'S business practices is that if they buy a route, they automatically think prior company customers are going to conduct business with them. SPARKLETTS should mail out a notice and try to solicit customer's business, not bully them by placing drinking bottles at their house and now they have to pay for it and if they don't, late charges will be applied and a collection service will go after you. I canceled my water delivery account on August 22nd over the phone with a Sparkletts/Primo customer service representative. I asked her to confirm that no more deliveries would arrives, and she assured me that as of 8/22/23 my account was officially deactivated and no deliveries would be made. She scheduled someone to come out on 9/5 to pick up my 3 empty water bottles. Instead, someone showed up no 9/6 and took the bottles and replaced them with 4 new ones. I tried calling and spent hours on hold and could not get ahold of anyone. I filled out an online inquiry form on the Sparkletts website on 9/6 and no one contacted me. I also contacted primo via email 9/7 and never received a response. I was charged $49 on 9/11 for the 4 water bottles. This is a fraudulent charge but there is no way to speak to someone to have it reversed.Initial Complaint

I purchased a water cooler from Sparklets at the ****** in ******. The water cooler arrived along with the supply of water. I set up the water cooler and water. The cooler was defective. I tried multiple ways to communicate / calling, emails, fax, written letter etc. with Sparklets to give me a refund. I could not get anywhere with this company in returning the product. Flash forward to 2023 and I find out that they have put a negative impact on my credit. This is not acceptable.Initial Complaint

I have been having issues with my deliveries as well as pickups every since I had the service. The first time signing up for the services my appointment date ended up being almost a moth later from the delivery date. I called spoke with customer service to see when will the delivery be made and will this be something consistent if so I will just cancel my services altogether and find another provider *** I was assured no it want be. Going forward I have had this service for about 6 months and deliveries have been missed as well as no one ever showed up to retrieve the empty bottles once I scheduled a pick up several times. I came her today because I have finally had enough with the services today. I have an appointment for 6 5 gallons of distilled water today and 7 empty bottles for puck up. My health is in need of such water as well as it depends on such. I have never been offered even after asking for any credits to my account because of such services or hiw can they go about rectifying these issues I keep having and nothing is being resolved. I received service from Sparkletts/Primo Water last Monday 9/19/2022. I normally get 4 bottles of water every two weeks, which is in the contract I signed up for initially. On Monday, I came home to 17 bottles that were dropped off. I called customer service and they said that they will dispatch the driver to come back to pick up the 13 bottles that I don't need or even asked for. Come Tuesday the water bottles are still outside no one came to pick them up. I called customer service again and they scheduled for someone to come on Thursday to pick them up. Thursday came and bottles were still there. I called customer service again on Thursday and I was told Friday they will come to pick up the waters. Friday came and went again spoke to another representative and she scheduled for someone to come on Monday. No one showed up on Monday. Its been a whole week and those 13 bottles are still outside my garage. I called again and they scheduled for someone to come on Tuesday 9/27/2022 bottles are still there. I can't get a hold of customer care now because of the Hurricane in *******. I am also being charged for those 17 bottles of water that I did not ask for. I am also being fined by the Association where I live because of the 13 bottles of water sitting outside of my garage. My association is very strict about items being left out in the front of the house. I am beyond upset and I have been a loyal customer for over 11 years. What a crooked company these people are! We have an account with Sparkletts Water/Primo Water and we have not had a delivery for over two months. Every time I call I am told my concerns will be elevated to a higher level, or this is your new delivery date, and finally that someone will call me back and nothing ever happens. I was told that is a routing issue but the streets of LA have not changed. I then have to deal with very rude customer service reps and still waiting for someone to call me back. I have elderly clients that depend on purified water and this has caused a huge inconvenience with no accountability from this company.
