On December 27th, 2021, there was a delivery made by Orange Courier to deliver a wine fridge to my home. The delivery team was a bit sloppy and scratched my garage floor and the threshold leading from the garage to the house sliding dirty heavy "protective boards" along the garage floor entry to our home. I contacted ******* at Pilot, who advised to take photos and contact Beverage Factory to open a claim with Pilot. After opening the claim, ******* from Pilot advised that the claim needs to be opened through Orange Courier because the job was subcontracted from Pilot to Orange Courier, which was the actual delivery company that did the delivery. I sent Orange Courier a quote for the damages to my garage floor and Doorway threshold. I have given the company 6 weeks to just respond, and am being completely ignored. Attached is a Quote from Epoxy LA for $2,250.00. In addition, THRESHOLD SADDLE 36"ALAC $25.59 Parts removal, cut and replacement, with painting threshold door frame and Labor $224.41 totaling $250.00. The total damage is in the amount of $2,500.00, and a copy of the **** of lading.
