Hello,We ordered 2 pairs of pillows from My Organic Sleep and only received 1 pair. We have attempted to call and email the company multiple times but no one will return calls or emails. We asked asked for either a refund or the balance of the order and have not received either one. I purchased a pillow on 4/11/2022. Upon receiving the pillow, it was not as described (the loft was closer to 2.5 inches rather than the 5 inches advertised). Their policy is to request a refund within 30 days. I requested a refund a couple of days after receiving the pillow. The policy said I would receive an email with instructions on how to process a return. I never received that email. After looking on their website, I was able to find that the return had been processed and I had the option of sending it myself or buying a shipping label from their company. I requested a label from them over email as instructed and never heard back. I also sent other email ls requesting a reply and they never did. It has now been past their 30 day policy. I went to go ship it myself but it costs $45 because theyre located in ********** (while purchasing the companys label would have been $12). Im not paying $45 just to get $70 back. Especially when I already paid for $12 shipping just to receive the pillow. I want my money back. My order number is #*****.
