I just recently found out my student loan that was on a (stundent loan forgiveness) which turns out this company has been defrauding people like me out of money for the student loan forgiveness program which does not exist. i paid them $1200 to have my student loan placed in this forgiveness program. They told me not to contact ****** which should of been a RED FLAGE they But they were very convincing in explaining how the process worked. So i believed them and sent the $1200. All a scam and after two years my loans are not forgiven and now have incerased. They need to be held accountable and PAY back the money they stole from people. I think there is some kinda litigation going and i pray the Courts make them Pay back the money they took from myself and other people.Review from Tayauna M

I was contacted by SLFD Processing in April 2022 about student loan forgiveness. I recently learned that this company is a scammer being that none of my loans have been forgiven and I have not heard from then since the beginning of this year. I was told I needed to pay $145. 83 a month for 6 months and then I would pay $0 moving forward for my loans. They had me fill out a PSLF form that I got from the legit DOE website and they had me change my FSA password which should've raised a concern for me but they sounded so legit and professional. It's unfortunate that there are companies like this scamming people who are just trying to get behind their debt. I lost a total of $802 dealing with these scammers and need that money back. I'm so upset it took me so long to realize I've been scammed but it became apparent once I received my student loan repayment bill in the mail today and I see many other people online have had the exact same issues. I wanted to leave 0 stars but it made me click one!!Review from Molly B

I wish I would've looked here before signing up with them then I wouldn't have wasted my hard earned money on payments that meant nothing. I was promised if I paid for 6 months without missing a payment that the rest of my student loan would be forgiven that was going to be ******! I don't even make that a year! I was paying $145 a month and all of a sudden I had to get a new card bc someone hit my account so I couldn't make the payment directly taken out as usual and they called me and I explained and they said no problem when the new card gets there call us and we will handle it. Well, it came, I called, only to be greeted with a vm about all of this. Now, I'm definitely going to be extra careful when receiving calls. They portrayed to be with the ***** loan forgiveness program. Smh.Review from Na T
