For five months, Ive been in contact with this company about my device, not working properly. They havent made any improvements. They come up with different ideas on why my device isnt working properly, at this moment it completely stopped working and the company has stopped responding back to me since July 15, 2024.Another complaint I had was on their website they advertise that they dual antenna gives you 1500 ft. of Wi-Fi. It doesnt even give 400 ft. of Wi-Fi which makes their claims false. I would like my device fixed or my money back. Preferably a new device that works properly.Initial Complaint

On Feb 21, 2024 ordered a device from ******************. They refused to send the product, saying in email: Your recent Order #***** was detected by our system as High Risk For Fraud. To protect both ourselves and our customers, we have temporarily suspended this order.Deeper Network did NOT send the product, but Deeper Network nevertheless charged my credit card ending in 2051 for $209.00 On Jul 1, 2024 I contacted them saying they needed to refund my money. The simple response I got was this: "This case is very high risk for fraud.They took my order, took, my money, and then refused to send the product.Deeper Network is the organization doing the fraud.Initial Complaint

Hi, The company advertised for sale their ************* *** & ******** on several sites including *********. I purchased it on March ** ***** after one month they send me a shipping tracking number and I receive the order on *** ** ***** so when I receive the device is faulty it did not work wifi device not working I have tried all possible solutions to solve this issue after that I have contact with support chat to follow up the issue so one of support agent in touch with me I have to tell the all the issue of device I follow all the instructions but still device wifi not work so they said to return the device back to us and you can bear the shipping charges I have already paid money deeper network and custom duty of *** and after that, there is another offer on their website so order new pico wifi device again *** on *** *** ***** they shipped me the device via DHL tracking number and I receive the device today morning *** *** **** and again I have checked the device wifi new one still not working I am totally frustrated I pay 2 times custom duty and 2 times device money so my concern is that I need all the money refunded I can't bear any more pain ********* *** Connect **** Contribution ** **** Contribution Date March ** ****
