I made a purchase of 2 wigs back in the beginning of September I ended up not liking one of them so I sent it back on the 24th. Keep in mind I ordered through ******. When I returned it ****** confirmed the tracking number and all. Unice never responded. Even to this day November 18th. Now I still own ****** an outstanding balance and I dont even have the product. None of unice contact number work and no one replies to emails. This is badddd business!! Check the BBB if you dont believe me. FYI: make sure you want funky straight before you order. I purchased a product and spent ****** it was suppose to be a guaranteed delivery in 3-5 days. I got an email asking did I want to change what I bought I said no I want what I paid for I have been asking for an update on my product and they are not giving any information only stating we emailed you and they are saying that through ******** only because I gave a negative review. But no one has called or emailed with an update. They just keep saying check your email check your spam and nothing is there not even an updateReview from Shanda K

If I could leave 0 stars I would. Long story short I ordered a wig to have expedited from this company and they failed to render services. I filed a dispute with my bank to have my money returned and due to the I convenience unice sent me a free wig for my inconvenience after I informed them I filed a dispute . Nonetheless they are now trying to deny the reason for sending the free wig and are refusing to refund my bank the money. They are ridiculous, disorganized and unethical. Do not do business with them ever !!! Oh and the wig they sent isnt comparable to what I ordered & they are now demanding the wig they offered for my inconvenience in order to process a refund. I purchased the hair and it's nothing as described online nor pictured. This is not real hair. It tangles, sheds and not worth the price I paid. I've reached out to customer service and they were of no help. They offered a $30 refund which I declined. They are false advertising products which is nothing, not what you receive. This hair tangles soo bad it looks and feel cheap and I want my money back They can have the wig back. Don't buy from this company. Wish I could rate no stars.Review from Tiffany H

I purchased from this company and have been harassed ever since I have hit stop or reported spam on the text message marketing at least 20 times and they continue to text me from different numbers. Its so frustrating. I paid for product and it shows no appreciation for customers to not respect there requests to stop text message marketing. I will never use them again.Review from Nicole M

I never received my order , but they still expect me to pay them . They don't reach back out to you on the matter not even through emails. What company doesn't have a working phone number this is observed. I'm very disappointed.Review from Hermela C

They pretend to send an item but do not deliver the product or refund. This site is a scam. They also do not have a proper customer support to speak with and routinely fail to reply. They should be shut down.Review from Sherral R

Hair not as advertised. Company wants me to pay for the return. How do I reach them to receive a refund? I would have never ordered if I knew they do business like this. Horrible
