    I live in Arizona but was visiting family in California. It was expressed from the very beginning that I had cash to pay for the vehicle. After over 4 hours waiting for J**** to be found and to get the registration state correctly inputted on the paperwork, I’m told that I cannot receive the $500 military rebate I was already promised unless I register the car in California because Jared had incorrectly already set the paperwork to California, which was not what we had initially agreed on nor was I ever told it was being set to California by J****. My experience with J***** resulted in further unprofessional and blatant errors that were never apologized for. First, he reinitiates the same high-pressure sales tactics that Jared did for extended warranty, maintenance plan, etc that I had already said no to. Once again, for the maintenance plan I was told four major repairs would be included and when I asked what those were, I was told he would need to look at the owner’s manual. I asked him to do so and he refused. Second, when I was singing the final contract, Justin had inputted the wrong sales tax rate of Santa Maria at 8.75% instead of the correct sales tax rate of Oceano at 7.25%. This had already been clearly pushed and explained by J**** and would have resulted in overpayment of over $482. No apology was issued. When I further tried to check J*****’s work, I still came up with a small discrepancy and asked him to explain it and he just gave me a blank stare. After multiple requests to explain his calculations, he finally explained it was due to the documentation fee being added to the sales price of the car. Finally, at the very last minute of signing the contract, J***** mentions that if I pay off my loan early, (which was clearly expressed as my intent from the very beginning to Gerald and J****) I could lose my military rebate. I asked for proof of this; J***** refused to provide or research whether this claim was true.
