On December 23, 2021, this company sent their employees out to install a dishwasher that we purchased online. The two employees demanded an additional $95 to do the installation because they said that I had old plumbing. My house was built in 2019. I refused and kicked them out of my house. I have video in case the company attempts to lie. I called the company and they said that price gauging is not allowed. They agreed to honor the $220 that we paid for the installation and haul away. As of December 30, 2021, the company is stating that it was a valid price increase that their employees demanded and that now we have to pay it. Nickson and Lowes are now stating that it was an unforseen plumbing issue and we have to pay The thugish way that the employee demanded money, the time I have lost going back and forth about this, and having to take time to file this complaint, Lowes should honor the initial price, install my dishwasher, and review their company policy.
