I purchased 2 complete blood lab reports from Randox Health LA on 01/22/2024.The entire purchase amount was $995.00 for the 2 blood tests and the resulting lab reports.The first time blood was drawn, I received the lab report with no problem.The second time blood was drawn, I received an email on June 6 ******************************************* that there was a problem with the blood sample and they needed to arrange a second blood draw. A new sample was taken on June 17 2024 and I waited over 1 month for the sample to be processed, since I was told it could take that ******* August, I still had not received my lab report. I contacted their customer support email, ****************************************************************** on August 9 2024. I did not receive a response. I've emailed several times since then, and at this time I still have not received any response.I would like to have half my purchase amount refunded at this time ($497.5) since I never received that 2nd lab report that I paid for in January.Business response

50% refund has been provided on October 10th as requested by customer. Customer advised of same.
