I want to first start off by saying that both my husband and I have been taking our vehicles to SoCal Truck Accessories and we've always had a great experience, until now unfortunately. I took my Rav4 in for a hitch receiver to be installed, and I picked it up a few hours later. When I initially picked up my car, I did not notice any damage to my vehicle, however as soon as I got home, parked, and went to take a closer look at my newly installed rear hitch receiver, I saw many, many, deep scratches running the length of my rear bumper cover directly above where the receiver was installed. Those scratches were not there when I left my car in their care. I immediately called the shop back to see how we could resolve this issue. I was told I would receive a call back that evening, and never did. I then called the next morning and was told that the video footage needed to be looked at and I would be called back later, however I did not receive a call then either. My husband then called and was told the video footage had been watched, and the shop manager did not believe the scratches were caused by them. The scratches were caused by SoCal Truck Accessories. We are extremely disappointed in this business. My husbands father has taken his vehicle there for many years, and we have been customers there for a couple of years ourselves. All we want is for this to be resolved. We paid about $700 for this service that was performed on Tuesday, November 22nd.
