We have received your complaint #******* regarding your interaction with our service department. When you contacted our service department on 11/02/22, we were able to locate your membership in our billing system with the information you provided. We advised you that the charge was in a pre-authorization status, and we would immediately cancel the membership and void the pending charge. Please be advised that you may have temporarily been able to see the pre-authorization request on your interim online statement, the temporary hold should have been released back to your account. This is hold release is based upon your financial institutions policy regarding authorization requests, however, this usually occurs within 5 -- 7 business days. We can assure you that our company did not settle the transaction amount of $8.99 USD to your card ending in xxx-2432.

since then i have had 3 other charges from different companies under the same parent company as recently as this am. i will attached all the charges to this file they continue to charge my card under different branches of the same company and give me the same cancellation # has the first time so obviously the membership was canx on 11/2 but as of this am 11/8 i continue to get charged and have to call or email to have it removed and they are not in pre auth status it was cleared thru my bank 11/8. $10.99 FNDNNGWTH.COM

CHARGES OF $39.99 HAVE STARTED UP AGAIN ON 10/05/23 AND 01/20/23. THEY HAVE REFERSED THEN CHARGES GIVE ME THE SAME CONFIRMATION # EFVERY TIME AND SAY IT WONT HAPPEN AGAIN BUT IT KEEPS HAPPENING. I HHAVE FILED FRAUD CHARGES WITH THE ************** POLICE ***** CASE WAS UPLO0ADED TO YOU) BUT THE CHARGES KEEP ON COMING IS THERE ANYTHING I CAN DO IM ON DISABILITY NAND EVERY DIME COUNTS WHEN THEY KEEP LOCKING UP MY MONEY FOR DAYS WAITING TO REFUND IT. WHAT CAN BE DONE?
