Back in March of 2022, I ordered Profemin for $79.95 online. I never got it. All of a sudden on July 11th, I had a charge of $79.95 on my credit card but I never received the product. I contacted **************************** on July 27th. On July 28th, ************ from customer service emailed and said she did not see an order and asked for a copy of my credit card statement which I provided that day. She said she'd escalate to billing dept. Weeks went by when she said I should have a refund on my credit card. On August 25th she said management got involved. On September 12th she then said a check was issued instead of crediting my credit card and I should have 7-10 business days. I contacted her after 10 days because I still have not received my refund. She said that she will get a tracking # but I have yet to get a response. I also asked for a phone call from management and no one has called me. It has been over 2 months and I have not received my refund and I want my $79.95 backBusiness response

We also reached out to Ms. ****** and she confirmed that she received the refund. Though I did finally receive my refund, I am disappointed in the company that it took me filing a complaint with the *** to get this resolved.
