This landscaper was paid a great deal of money to do a thorough job yet she rushed through the work, cut corners, left all roots from plants she was to pull out, did not place a barrier or fabric prior to placing the gravel. She covered everything in the yard with gravel so nothing was visual . The concrete was pored way too thin and now it is cracking. A contractor advised me it was not up to code. She disconnected my old water system and added a new one without telling me where it was, but now parts of where my existing plants were does not get watered unless I go out everyday and hand water. She also left all the wiring from the old landscape lights covered under the gravel to hide it rather than pull it out like she should have. Someone could have been electrocuted! There are marks on the concrete that never disappeared . She didn't seal the broom finish on the concrete. She REFUSES TO come back and look at the mess she made. Her work ethics stinks!! When I contacted her about plant materials returning only a few months after she finished, she told me to spray ROUND-UP all over my yard. At that time, she also send me her concrete warranty (months after completion) and told me she will wait until the warranty runs out prior to trying to repair it as she wont take repsponsibility for anything. We are in our 70's and wanted a stress free, low maintenace yard and it has turned out to be a nightmare for us.I do have more back up if needed but I am afraid I am going to overload this system. If you need more information later, I will be glad to supply it. I think this gives you a peak at how customer service SHOULD NOT BE!!Business response

I am rejecting this response because:
It is absolutely my right to complain about her work and her refusing to accept responsibility for her mistakes, sloppy work, cheap materials, short cuts and horrible customer service! This is in no way a form of harassments when she refuses to come and see what a mess she made. She could have resolved this right away and tried to make it right but yet she totally blew me off. What kind of business owner doesn't care that we didn't get what we paid for?. It was all about the money to her. Once she was paid she could care less about what happened. ******, ******, Greedy! She took advantage of the fact we were elderly and not green thumbs. She has made no effort to contact us and yet since I am trying other avenues she uses it as harrassment. It is not harassment at all but I want to be treated FAIRLY!
