I made two orders to Anovos, and paid in full at the time of order. I've attached copies of the orders and a copy of my correspondence to try to contact the company. They've never shipped. I am told they filed for chapter 11; but are also doing business as another name now. I'd like my money back.Initial Complaint

I did not file a report within one year because I was not aware that this was recommended. This is the first time I've ever filed anything with the BBB. I placed 3 separate orders that were never fulfilled before the company went out of business. I contacted my credit card company a few years ago and they said I couldn't dispute the transactions because too much time had passed by that point. My outstanding orders are attached to this complaint and details are as follows: Order numbers: #ANOVOS-55963, #ANOVOS-59111, #ANOVOS-61764 Dates of transactions: 7/9/18, 10/4/18, 1/24/19 Amount paid for transactions: $628.82 (#ANOVOS-55963), $879.71 (#ANOVOS-59111), $609.06 (#ANOVOS-61764) The company kept pushing back the items in these orders and continually told me that they would ship within the next few months, then they would say they needed a few more months, and the pattern kept repeating until they went out of business. I have been unable to reach anyone at this business since it shut down and have not been able to get a refund.Initial Complaint

I ordered something on Sept 17, 2020 for a total of $120.90. Since then, I have been trying to get the status of my order multiple times and even have asked to get a refund at the support center and they just close my requests. They charged my card and never shipped the item. Last year they just stopped answering me. They used Covid as an excuse for the backlog. They open the case and close without any conversation! On 9/22/2020 I paid for a STAR WARS™ The Mandalorian™ Helmet which cost $700 plus shipping that was $38.10 which was a total of $738.10 USD. My order # was ORDER #ANOVOS-70370. I never received my helmet. I messed them and emailed them over and over to ask for my money back, and they never returned my money.Initial Complaint

I purchased a custom shirt that cost $371.15 USD. order #ANOVOS-69134 The company sells many versions of this shirt. Some more expensive than others. When they finally delivered the shirt they sent me the wrong version of the shirt and the wrong size. I contacted them via their email support several times with zero response. Now when I go to the company website I am forwarded to their new company. Here is the web address for the company I purchased the shirt from https://anovos.com/ You will see that it forwards to their new company. There is no way for me to contact the previous company. I have found out that the company has horrible customer service with many customers essentially ripped off. There is a class action lawsuit happening now as well.Initial Complaint

On 10/30/2020. I paid Anovos 661.68 USD for a pre-order item. This was a preorder and I was told it would ship in 2021 and that I would receieve notification when it did ship. I patiently waited all year, and they never shipped the item, and have not responded to any attempt at communication. They have now change the name of their business to Denuo Novo and are not taking any responsibility for the order.
